1.0 star rating 11/4/2017
I am giving this company 1-star because it was the lowest rating option. To be truthful, I would like to give them a MINUS-5-Stars ! They are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. While their receptionist is only rude, their manager is not only argumentative, but downright hostile, and has no understanding of the concept; Customer Service ! BUYER BEWARE ! All this company does is SELL you a fireplace. Anything after that you are on you own. It is important to know up front: THEY DO NOT PULL PERMITS ! You are responsible for your own permit, as well as all other contract work/contractors including: Carpenters (my guy had to both tear-out the old firebox, as well as re-frame for new unit), electricians, plumbers (for gas installation), Drywall Installation/Painter, and Tile Man. All the company did was slide the new (smaller-gas log insert) into the hole. At the end of the day, my $2600.00 gas log fireplace cost me near $10,000.00. Oh, one last comment. The company did not let me know that they don't pull the permits, till the day my inspector came to the house. The manager advised me by email, stating that he didn't have my phone number, so I called him on the phone, and once again ended up in an argument. The inspector got on the phone and read him the state code, at which time the manager said they would pull the permit. An hour later, the company rep called to say they never have pulled permits and they never will .... he said he had elevated my situation to the company attorneys, and they were in agreement. Per the recommendation of the various inspectors, the city & county permit clerks, I filed a formal complaint with the NV. State Board of Contractors.

Great experience! I called to have repairs completed on two gas fireplaces at my home. The repair tech, Mike, was on time, very professional and made the repairs quickly. The price was reasonable as well. Nice work!

Showroom is great. Sales people know their stuff. Customer service is horrible. I recommend learning all you can from these folks, do your buying elsewhere. Will never again use this company.
