I always call to make an appointment, if you don't you could wait up to an hour, even though it's mainly a walk in place. The lady at the front desk is not good at her job. She scheduled me 3 different times before finalizing it. It was quite frustrating.
My hairstylist is great, her name is Lindsey, she cut and colored my hair exactly how I wanted it.
As for the other hair stylist, you could cut the tension with a knife. You could tell everyone was mad, except my stylist, or maybe she just hid it well.

I went to this salon for a perm. I was engaged in some talking with my hairdresser. Other women in the salon began to shout at me instuctions on how to take care of my hair. These were unwanted and rude comments. I began to feel as if my hairdresser was new. I left and the perm looked good. I did nothing to it and It went straight the next day. I went in three days later and asked to talk to the manager or owner. I was given a haircut, I paid 100.00 for the perm, and told that the owners would be in touch with me. I never heard from them. So after three weeks went by I placed another call to the salon and asked for the owner. I later got a call from the manager who without letting me speak told me I put conditioner in my hair and there was nothing he was going to do for me. I began to ask if he wanted to hear what happened to me and he hung up on me. If u want to be treated rudely and then ripped off go and spend some time at the express cut and tans. By the way I have been perming my hair for over twenty years and twice I didnt like the curl so I washed it and the curl never left so ladies conditioner or no my perm was done right and the nuetralizer didnt take. Plain and simple. The worst experience I have ever had and to top it off the worst guarantee of work I have ever had. Spare yourself and go to great clips. Dont go here ever it is a rip off and who needs to pay to be treated rudely by their employees?

My husband took my son in for a haircut. When they got home I noticed that my sons haircut had not been cut short enough and it was not very well blended. My husband took him back later in the afternoon and after they fixed his hair for a total of five minutes they said that they were going to charge us for another full haircut. After speaking with the owner for awhile, they decided to ""only charge"" half price. Every single place I have ever gone for haircuts has said that if you are not totally satsified with your haircut and only need something minor done to it, then come back within 24 hours and you will not be charged.

first all the place was dirty!! but I wasn't going to judge them for that. the gal who cut my hair was not friendly to the least. I asked for a align hair cut & I walked out with a bob not happy!! I wouldn't go there again nor do I recommend anyone going there. Thank goodness I decided not color my hair.
