Barnes & Noble Booksellers

I have been a customer at our Reno Barnes and Noble for almost 20 years and have consistently had nothing but exemplary service from the employees. If they don't have what I am looking for in the store, they can almost always order it in within a week and/or have it delivered directly to me without having to come into the store.

Not used to such a big book store and it being my first visit I was instantly overwhelmed when I walked in just taking it all in. I didn't see the registers and had no idea how to pick up the book I ordered. Thankfully there was a customer help desk right up front. Couldn't miss it. The gentleman was very polite and quick to acknowlege me even though he was otherwise engaged I didn't feel put out. He pointed me in the right direction where I found the cashier and the book I ordered. While picking up my book I asked about chinese exercise balls that I heard they also had. Seeing that I was a little out of my element in the store she very politely took me to the correct area to look at what I was interesed in. All in all it was a good first experience. First impressions count and this one counted well in my book. :-)
