Aura Salon

the salon was pretty and clean but the staff was horrible! the receptionist was rude and unhelpful and then I waited for my stylist 20 mins past my appointment. The stylist didn't apologize and just shuffled me to the cutting area. The haircut was ok, but overpriced in my opinion. The conversations between other stylsits and their clients was WAY over the top!!! I found it extremely difficult to relax and renew, which is what they are advertising. When I have to here about someone's sexcapdes the night before!!!! No thanks....I won't be going back to aura.

The decor is hip but not pretentious, the staff is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and attentive, and the atmosphere is at once vibrant and relaxing. Most importantly, you walk out of AurA feeling like the heppest hottest cat on your block.

From the socially and environmentally conscious products to the complimentary hand massage to the chic decor to the wonderfully relaxed and friendly staff, AurA has it all! I have had my hair cut and colored several times, had waxing and a facial and I was totally impressed every time. The lovely women of AurA have the perfect balance of professionalism and welcoming warmth down to a science. Every experience I have had there has been awesome. You definitely get more than what you paid for in terms of excellent service, excellent product, and gorgeous results every time. Love it!

Aura is a fantastic place to head if your looking to get away for the afternoon. The salon is clean and comfortable, the staff is forever friendly, talented, and knowledgeable, and to top it off they offer their guests a great selection of snacks and drinks!

I have been going to Aura since the day they opened and they continue to exceed my expectations.

The ambiance is a fine balance of chic and relaxing. The staff is always friendly, professional and fun. They have a large selection of Aveda products which are well priced (for Aveda). I would highly recommend Aura to anyone.
