Rick helped me with the purchase of a wheelchair for my brother who uses it almost 24/7. He went pleasantly out of his way to help us select the best wheelchair. Rick took measurements to make sure that it fit my brother and then assembled it to fit him.My brother couldn't be happier with the chair and Medtech's amazing and competent service. Absolute dysfunction... without a doubt this is a company that is very poorly managed! The employees and the customers are both not happy. They are understaffed and not properly trained. Wait times on the phone can be 25-45 minutes depending on time called. Incorrect and double billing is frequent. Not much good can be said about Bennet, other than they used to be good 3-4 years ago, they suck now. We will be looking elsewhere for oxygen and cpap supplies in the immediate future...
Terrible customer service I waited 19 minutes on the phone I was then told that I could not make an appointment because my insurance only covers every three months. Yet I get calls from them saying my mask is leaking and to call them for appointment to fix the leak. The girls up front in Reno need to be replaced they are lazy and indignant, everything at their pace. Doug Bennet, I hope you read these and pay attention they make you look bad .
One of N. NV's most important charities. Due to the safety net they've created for LOCALS. Good folks in need of the direct kind of assistance that fills in those holes for those who make too much for Govt. assistance, but not nearly enough to purchase the products & services this wonderful organization provides for. All one needs to do to research this entity for your desire to volunteer, or better yet, to donate to, is to read the client stories on CC's website. Simply put... Caring locals dedicated to helping their neighbors, where quality of life during trying times, is difficult at best, to receive much needed relief.

Absolutely terrible service, equipment (CPAP) stopped working, no resolution. Hit me with a surprise $540 6 months later (and had the nerve to threaten collections). Kept calling and having to leave a message that was never returned. Billing was rude and ridiculous to work with. I have began working with another company for my needs. My suggestions, RUN as far away from this company as possible, there is a lot of competition out there, you don't have to put up with this poor service!
So today I received a letter from a collection company stating that I have a balance with Bennett Medical that I didnt pay. I have always paid my bill and what really dont care for is that I never received a bill, a phone call or a statement. So now I have to wait for up to 2 days for Bennett medical to return my call. The customer service is horrible. The last conversation that I had with the office 6 months ago, the rental period was over and I was paid in full and to contact them in six months for more supplies. I have never had any problems with them until now.....now I have a ding in my credit because I didnt know about any balance due. Im trying to settle this matter in a professional way but hopefully I wont have to take my business elswhere
