It's almost like being in San Francisco! The view of the Sierras is even better. A great change from casino dining.
Weak small drinks, small amount of tasteless food. Not even close to the Claim Jumpers in California, to bad really did like their food.
Worst slots in town. Super tight . Should rename the tamarack to the tamarape.
My boyfriend and I went to eat there today and it was awful service, the host sat 2 couples that arrived after I did. And when I questioned her she said a Spanish vulgar remark thinking I didn’t understand Spanish. Will never go there again.
Only served the meat, the sides and drinks never came. The manager said they were to busy to serve the customers everything they order.
Flowing Tides has some of the best Fish & Chips, Fish (chicken or steak) Tacos, Seafood (Pan Roast), Burgers, and Sandwiches (Reuben, Beef Dip..) in town - the food is always fresh and is excellent in quality, the service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable & if you have dietary restrictions, or just preferences they are always happy to accommodate special requests (sometimes for an extra, but reasonable, charge... It's usually very crowded and a bit loud - once in a while you have to wait to find a seat and may have to wait a few minutes to order ... because they're busy. There are always lots of games to watch on the TV's - as well as being able to watch the cooks make your food so time passes quickly. Flowing Tides is a comfortable place with very good 'pub' food.
We just moved to Reno at the start of the year and Bistro 7 has been one of our new favorite places.
We have been going there since the late 80's. Fresh and delicious meals reasonably priced. Friendly and attentive service. Always spotless and clean. Family friendly, local "Cheers" atmosphere where everyone knows your name. You are a stranger only once.
Best Fried Green tomatoes in Reno! Me and my Wife love going to this place the atmosphere is different but in a good way. They are even better then second day on a BLT style sandwich.
The first trip my boyfriend and I ever went on was to Circus Circus in Reno. At first we thought it was funny because we didn't have any kids with us. But then we realize that made it even better! We were free to run around like teenagers and enjoy all the fun and games. The buffet was amazing as well. It's located right on the Strip so everything is within walking distance. They have their own parking so that's close to. It's one of our favorite places to visit.
