Horrible experience, will never go to this office again . Both women who were there did not know what they were doing. Unsure of how to go about procedure and one of them was about to use an expired item. Do not go there especially if procedure is for a child. My son was screaming because they hurt him and left bruises on him. They were rude an unapologetic. Went to Sparks location and the ladies there couldn't be nicer, gentle and very professional.

worst place ever! They treat their patients like crap. front office ladies are full of nothing but attitude and arrogance we went for my boyfriends appointment regarding a blood clot in his Leg and their door was locked even though it was 10 o'clock in the morning and nobody would answer when we told them that they tried to argue with us and tell us we were lying. So We shut up and went back the next day because he was out of coumadin and lovenox shots and being in his blood drawn a Skype to determine if you needed to continue and reFill them! this stupid place turn him away and told him there's nothing they could do since the coumadin wAs no longer in his system!!!! This is his life on the line and they could care less!!!
This was my 2nd time there on Elm St. First appt went quick. This appt was over 40 minute wait time. Mind you I had a scheduled appt. There were about 9 other people waiting. We all were sitting there listening to the two techs, Complain about the heating and air situation and what needs fixed. This conversation went on a good 20 minutes. Finally a man with his wife went to back room and asked if they were done giving everyone an HVAC training,then things started moving. When I was finally called back it took 3 tries to yet my labs done. And one Ginormous bruise. These techs need better training. Not to mention learn the privacy act. They talk loudly about prior patients. I am soooo disappointed. So please think about finding a better place to get lab work done .
I'm actually at this moment of writing this, sitting in the waiting room. All I've heard for the last hour is the nurse and receptionist bash and criticize patients. Some patients are grumpy...perhaps not feeling well...whatever. I feel it's so very unprofessional for these lab employees to talk so rudely
