Excellent service! They can indeed fix anything! One of my cars, a BMW 760LI, was in a "Limp Mode" and the other shops ( many of them with claims of deep knowledge in BMW repairs) in town had no idea what was wrong with it. Maaan, that was frustrating! National Sierra found the issue and repaired my "V12 Bimmer Black Beauty" the same day. They'll change oil, breaks and do/fix anything else you might need. I'm having all my five cars serviced by them since.
It has been nothing but a headache, since we got our truck. First we were told the credit union is in Reno - Lies it is in Vegas and charges a 10 fee to make my payment each month.Second the credit union sent us notice that did not get the title from the dealer after 3 monthsAnd last the credit union is idiotic they keep requesting insurance info even after I submit it and get confirmation from them. Also the truck was not inpected they said they will take care of it brakes and rotors were completely gone leaking fluids the headlights didn't work and then when I returned I was told that is why I got a good price. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!I WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AS WELL
A great vehicle buying experience. My salesperson Arlene was great and even followed up AFTER the sale to make sure I was happy. She invited me to the customer appreciation night and I had a great time.
Once again, for the second time, high sierra auto sales meets my expectations with my vehicle. Every though my husband has some challenging credit they were able to approve us on financing the new car.. great cars with great mileage and quality. Looking for a car Jorge is the man to work with. You won't be disappointed. At least I'm not for the second time.
My Chrysler was in the shop for about a month due to electrical issues, instead of fixing the problem they replaced a part that was not the issue charged me 1,200$ and gave me my car back not running what so ever and problem still In tact. I was told AFTER the service & payment that there was nothing they could do to help my car anymore. You would think you'd be able to trust the dealership of your vehicle for a service. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Great selection and staff. Convenient location. Kawasaki full lineup and Yamaha Wave Runners. .
Best motorcycle shop in town! They always are willing to help. Nice showroom. Great selection of bikes and accessories.
Absolutely terrible place to go to if you want to buy a new vehicle I suggest to go else where. Salesman was nice but financing managers were terrible. My wife and I already had all the paper work signed and we're about to drive off the lot but decided to back out due to the terrible unprofessional financing managers (Craig was one, don't remember the second ones name) don't buy here unless you wanna get ripped off and treated like trash
Greg Thomas was amazing! Although I had to downgrade from my Prius, Greg went out of his way, was courteous and professional, and never rushed the process. I even had an appointment setup with two other sales associates that were busy, but then Greg came to my rescue. I could not be happier with Greg's patience (because I took hours), non-pressured approach, and his very helpful knowledge. I will recommend Greg to everyone planning to buy a Subaru in the Reno area. Thank you also to Chip (manager), two finance people, and a couple of other sales associates that I saw in passing.
worst shop in Nevada, had my truck in the shop 4 times and had to take it back4 times for simple repairs and finally took it to a small shop that I told them what it was doing and they told what it was over the phone so I took it over there they fixed it and I had no problems after that!! The other ratings for reno gmc must have have been put in there bye the employees!! They even scratched my fender very deeply when working on it and I had gotten 4 new dings in it from leaving it there!!!GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! THEY ARE TOTALLY THE WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
