Great selection and staff. Convenient location. Kawasaki full lineup and Yamaha Wave Runners. .
Best motorcycle shop in town! They always are willing to help. Nice showroom. Great selection of bikes and accessories.
They took 10 days on a 3 day repair, didn't fix it right, called me a liar when they broke my radio, and sent me away with a non functioning blinker.
Absolutely terrible place to go to if you want to buy a new vehicle I suggest to go else where. Salesman was nice but financing managers were terrible. My wife and I already had all the paper work signed and we're about to drive off the lot but decided to back out due to the terrible unprofessional financing managers (Craig was one, don't remember the second ones name) don't buy here unless you wanna get ripped off and treated like trash
Greg Thomas was amazing! Although I had to downgrade from my Prius, Greg went out of his way, was courteous and professional, and never rushed the process. I even had an appointment setup with two other sales associates that were busy, but then Greg came to my rescue. I could not be happier with Greg's patience (because I took hours), non-pressured approach, and his very helpful knowledge. I will recommend Greg to everyone planning to buy a Subaru in the Reno area. Thank you also to Chip (manager), two finance people, and a couple of other sales associates that I saw in passing.
worst shop in Nevada, had my truck in the shop 4 times and had to take it back4 times for simple repairs and finally took it to a small shop that I told them what it was doing and they told what it was over the phone so I took it over there they fixed it and I had no problems after that!! The other ratings for reno gmc must have have been put in there bye the employees!! They even scratched my fender very deeply when working on it and I had gotten 4 new dings in it from leaving it there!!!GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! THEY ARE TOTALLY THE WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I believe Greg D. Although my experience is with the parts and service. I had my car serviced for a simple oil change. They told me to leave the car and come back about an hour. I didn't go that far. I can still see the activity in the parking lot from a few distance. 15 minutes later, they pulled my car out. Then 45 minutes later they called me and said that my car is ready. It's been sitting in the parking lot for an hour. I checked the oil and still it was black and dirty. When I complained about it, I was told that it was normal. A clean oil is golden brown in color and a bit thick. A dirty oil is black and thin. This company will cheat on you. Bring someone with knowledge about car maintenance with you if you want to deal with these people. Better yet do not go to this place. They can not be trusted at all.
Went in, no prices anywhere. Let them know that they needed prices, their salesman told me I didn't need to buy them there. Poorest salesman ever had.
My problems with Reno Toyota began when I brought my 2010 Tundra in for an alignment & general servicing in Feb, & went downhill from there. I scheduled an appt on 4/16/2016 for diagnostics on the CEL & alignment. I was told the driver side subframe tab for setting the alignment was damaged, the carbon canister for the emission system had gotten water in it & would need to be replaced, & their previously diagnosed minor engine oil leak was actually major & could cause catastrophic engine failure. They quoted ~$2,000 dollars & said the truck's warrantee expired. I made phone calls to 2 Toyota mechanics I know & the dealership where I bought the Tundra. The emission system work IS covered under warrantee, the diagnosis of the CEL had prob been made based upon codes only, & the carbon canister was likely not a problem. I asked Bryan Bough about the warrantee. He wouldn't answer - instead he had someone get my truck & refused to give me a written estimate.Dolan Toyota....Never again!
I scheduled an appointment with the service department 18 days in advance. I dropped my vehicle off first thing on a Friday morning. Later that day I received a call around 3:30pm from a mechanic. He told me that the diagnostic was not performed yet. They ended up keeping my vehicle overnight, which was fine but a little disappointing. I waited for a call the next day to get an update but It never happened. I tried calling but I couldn't get through so I ended up going down there. By that time It was already 4pm...and unbelievably, I was informed that the diagnostic had still not been done! The service shop was going to close soon and remain closed until Monday. In terms of needing my vehicle for work, I had no choice but to take it back. The experience was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. The fact is; they had my vehicle for 2 full days and achieved nothing over a simple issue. There is absolutely NO excuse a diagnostic (at a minimum) could not be done based on the amount of time they had, it's beyond nonsense. They definitely need to get their sh** together and stop making appointments if they can't handle or manage them.
