They give great service , very helpful and are very friendly. They have nice selection of glasses to choose from.
I have never been happier!!! I had cataract surgery on my second eye yesterday and it was a really comfortable experience. The office experience is pleasant and the wait times are short usually. I would recommend Eye care Professionals as the place to go for your eye care.
Friend had burning, goopy, painful eyes. 4th was a holiday so stuck waiting until today to be seen. Called 1st thing in the morning (by 9am) asking when he could be seen figuring he'd have to be worked in. Told they would have to ask the doc and would get back to him. 2hrs later we go to the office & are told the doc won't be in until after 1:30pm. Setting an appropriate expectation of when the callback would occur at 9am this morning would have been good. But wait it gets better. Going back @ 2pm (still haven't rec'd call) we're told they're slammed with "regular walk-ins" and can't see him & they suggest he go to an urgent care & if necessary the urgent care will refer him over. Thank you Sierra Eye Associates for blowing our entire day-now the line at urgent care is several hours long & they may not have the expertise to treat whatever conjunctivitis issue he has which will result in double fees 1) for the urgent care and then 2) for the ophthalmologist.
Awesome place , they had my daughters glasses ready within a few days . Taking them back to get fixed is never a hassle either .
Very friendly, helpful and they don't try to push the high price stuff on you, are happy to work with what your insurance offers you. I have been going there for 10 years
I just want to say that Eyezone is amazing, the office is beautiful, I love my glasses and everybody here is awesome.
My experience at Eyezone is excellent, it was easy and everyone was very pleasant to work with. :) Highly recomended

Very poor customer service....I have been going to a dr. of that group for more than 15 years. Today she has lost me as a patient. The customer service in this group is very poor; they lied & con people and make promises and then do not care to follow up. I would never recommend anyone go there. I hope my dr. leaves as the professionalism in this place is bad - from the very minute you get there, you are made to wait and wait for your appt. (I had an appt. at 9:30 - my son at 10:00 and they took him before me - I waited over 30 minutes...saw 3 - 4 people - rush, rush ,rush...before seeing the dr. for a 15 min exam that was almost pointless. Technology is not always best. Very bad service. I hope Dr. Ward moves elsewhere - this group & the employees lack of professionalism is going to cost her patients - it has cost her 2.
Terrible service. Cheap merchandise. I have my insurance through VSP and was told over the phone that they were providers, however, once I showed up for my appointment I was told they are outside providers. I wanted a complete eye exam with dilation and I actually had to pay extra for it. At other private practices I have gone to I have always gotten the dilation included. Dealing with the optical salesman was also a terrible experience. Walking over there was like walking onto a used car lot. The salesman kept trying to sell me upgrades that I didn't want or need and kept trying to get me to buy multiple pairs of glasses. The glasses I got broke within a month. They replaced them once and then they broke again a couple weeks later. After that they refused to help me. I spoke with the manager and he was a real jerk. He was very unprofessional with his tattoos showing and he had a girl's name. Overall this was just an awful experience and I would not recommend going there.
