I had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Stephen Holroyd. His kindness and professionalism made it easy to talk with him. I highly recommend Dr. Holroyd if you are in the Reno/Carson City area.

First of all I used to have services with Pangallos House of care everything was going good John Pangallo is totally awesome he helps out with so many things his wife Bobby Pangallo all of the other hand is rude disrespectful mean and just not professional I don't think that she has a right to be helping anybody she slams the door in people's faces to her car she ignores you when you're talking to her warning just want to let you all know if you're planning on going to pangallos House of care you might want to ask for somebody else besides Bobby pangallo she is John pangallos wife and I'm warning you she puts on a good front but she's not a good person. And this is very hard for me to say about people and last but not least this may not be the place you want to go for counseling or any other type of services but if you ignore what I have to say best wishes to you God bless I hope everything goes great for you

We tried to get in here and couldn't! We went to the front desk she reactivated the card to get in. Went back and still couldn't get in!

Home away from home! The staff is friendly. They are open 24 hours. The club has everything you need! The best classes, trainers & instructors!

They make their own mental health issues by running a leaf blower at 8 in the morning. some people work late assoles

Basketball is one of my favorite things in life. This place has some of the best courts you will find in Reno, always clean an almost always. Court open. The staff is always the best, this place makes you feel like you were glad you came. When you have a great place to workout it is always encouraging to return more frequently. Just wanna say thanks for providing all of us with a quality place to workout!! Frank

This gym is a fabulous place to workout. The staff is professional, friendly and very knowledgable. If you ever have a question about the equipment they are fast and responsive to help you out. I still have a membership at second gym and have not been back since I joined South Rac. My first experience was bootcamp and it was the best four weeks I have ever experienced working out. In two weeks I was already seeing results and the trainers were motivating and could cater to every ability. The gym is spacious and you can always get on the equipment and never have to Wait for a rotation to finish. They have a wonderful selection of classes available and plenty of times to work into any schedule. I personally love the total body classes and the spin classes. When you take the classes the trainers always have variables of each move to cater to each ability, and that is extremely important to be able to work toward a goal. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone! I have been a member of many gyms and am confident that this is by far the best gym in Reno for the price, space, atmosphere, staff and trainers!

The staff are highly skilled and well trained and the atmosphere is very contemporary and relaxing. it is nice to be able to swim in the Sports West pool and use the hot tub either before and after a massage as a bonus.

So much better than the big commercial spas. It's private, new and the atmosphere very comfortable. I got the Spa West signature massage and pedicure and both were top notch. My husband did the Sports Soak and the Gentlemens facial and he (not a usual spa goer) just loved it. I highly recommend Spa West. It's a must try experience.
