Very friendly staff and they went out of their way to accommodate us on our shipping needs to the Philippines.

You can alway count on UPS! They make sure your stuff get to you as fast as they can get it to you! Great costumer service!
They never answer their phone and when they do they answer it in a very unprofessional way. Even the person in their office it's rude to the clients. What a shame for this Filipinos.
I live in a small town 60 miles north of Reno, 800 people, we have had the SAME UPS delivery guy since probably before I came here in 1988. He has learned where everyone lives and knows when they move and even would catch me in town to give me a package. It appears he has retired and left a newbie in his place who doesn't know anyone. Fine, leave it at the post office where ALL OF US go anyway. No he leaves it at the Resource Center with limited hours and no lockers. I call this Reno office who doesn't know Rob but knows my town who gives me an 800 number to KS and that lady knows even less. I am without a car right now and have to walk 6 miles through the sagebrush to get my package because the Resource Center closes before he gets off work, and has our only working car. They all need to read 4 hour workweek or at least the section that looks at where 80% of your problems come from (delivery issues- get a map! GPS doesn't work here) . An irate customer, (me) can't even talk to anyone who knows anything and is too deep in the system to solve it.
This is not UPS, it is Napa Sonoma, please change this entry to reflect the change. This rating of one star is what I give to Yelp for being so inefficient in this change- the Napa Sonoma lady said she already has reported this problem to Yelp..
