AMAZING Salon...Lashes, Manicures, Pedicures, Micro-Blazing. Large Salon offering great techs that also do nail art...hard to find...open MON-SUN...RARE, also open until 7 Sunday until 5. I've been going there a long time, and I drive out of my way because they are so awesome. Flexible with scheduling too...ALWAYS call the night before to remind you. I think 15 pedicure chairs and 15 manicure stations, and about 6 lash rooms. I only wish they offered waxing and massage...then it would be the salon from heaven LOL

The massage I had with Pricilla was one of the best ever! The manager went above and beyond to help rectify a situation that I brought to her attention. As a business owner, I know that things aren't always perfect but the willingness to respond and try to make things right is what is most important. Highly recommend them.

I am incredibly disappointed with this business. I attended a charity event and purchased a gift card for this Spa from the silent auction items. At the time I was pregnant and was hoping to get a decent massage and the fact that it had a facial as well, I was overjoyed. When I first I called the number on the card, I did not get an answer so I left a voicemail. Not 1 minute later I get a text from that number asking what they can help with. Okay, no biggie, I would prefer to text anyway, but a little unprofessional.After about 3-4 days of back and forth on my availability versus her availability we finally get something scheduled... 4 weeks later. Please note, upon my initial contact, I stated very clearly in a written text that I was pregnant. During these texts back and forth she continued to spell my name wrong despite it being spelled correctly for her initially.3 weeks later, she texts me to reschedule. I very patiently let her know my due date was quite close and I really needed this massage in the near future. She then decides to all of a sudden tell me she can not accommodate someone who is pregnant. I'm sorry.... what? If I had known this when I originally contacted her, it would have been no big deal and I would have put it off until after I had my baby. I would have then found another massage therapist that could accommodate a pre-natal massage. End of story. But this is a month later that she informs me she can not provide the services and just a few weeks before my due date. At this point it is too late to find another massage therapist. I very kindly provided her feedback that in the future she should provide any restrictions when a pregnant woman contacting her (specifically for pre-natal services up front) and not 3 weeks later (a few days before the appt. to boot).Fast forward 6 months later. I have had my baby and my life is on a fairly regular routine where I can fit personal appointments into my schedule without a baby in tow. I called and got no answer, soI texted Ms. Ewelina Barger to see if I could schedule an appointment within the next few weeks. She does not reply back to me until 3 days later. (Note: I got fairly busy and forgot about her reply, so it was about a week later before I could sit down and reply back). Imagine my surprise that she asked for my name; apparently she deletes her past texts, just going to assume that. I explain to her again that I bought a $120 gift card from a charity some months past and that we had chatted some time ago but I was pregnant and had to put off my appt. until after I had my baby. I supplied her with the days and times I was available and asked when she could fit me in. She then replies with times and days that totally do not fit in my schedule, despite me supplying already what is available to me (I am pretty open). No Reply.....A few weeks later, I still have not heard from her and I am just fed up. I texted her to let her know she was unprofessional, her lack of response time, not answering phone calls, and forgetting a name was unprofessional. I also let her know that I would be posting this poor experience to social media outlets. After another 4 weeks of no reply, I have decided to take my threat to action. Her reviews are great, I can not deny that she must be good at what she does. But the handling of her business with potentially new clientele is very poorly done and due to that, I would rather take my business anywhere else.I am not out $65 for a product I can not use. Ms. Ewelina is probably going to get a tax write off for her donated services that she did not actually have to supply. The poor charity she donated to is clueless on this situation and I would not want to bring them into this anyway, they are at no fault. So this is all I can do to try and help someone else from being taken advantage of.
Stumbled across this cute salon. With 2 wonderful nail techs. One who did my pedi, which was amazing. The other lovely lady did an amazing job on my gel mani. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Definitely going back for some much needed relaxing time with these 2 girls.
Worst pedicure I've ever had. The nail technician was very rough. A pedicure and leg massage should be relaxing, mine was painful. My cuticles were bleeding, I had to tell her not to cut the ones on my other foot because she hurt my toes so bad. The staff was friendly but I would NOT recommend this place. Waste of $, very disappointed.
I made an appointment here 2 weeks ago and when i got there, i sat for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally a young girl asked what i needed and i said i had an appointment at 10. She said "sorry you've been sitting there a while" then went back and sat down. Nobody ever updated me on how long or anything. Another customer said she had been in the water for 40 minutes and was ignored the whole time, so she was going somewhere else. I definitely left after an hour of being ignored, what a waste of my time!
Lana always does a very wonderful job on my nails and I will be going back. The nail salon is very clean and the atmosphere is very good.
