I love this place! Simply can't get enough. I wish i found it sooner. The instructors are so fun to workout with and they don't call you out if you make a mistake, instead they stand by you and walk you through the correct form and how to strike ;) this group of lovely people are definitely a "FITFAM" and i am lucky to have found them
After my first class I was hooked! The instructors are amazing, energetic and so much fun. The classes push me to better myself, get stronger forget about my stress and build my self-esteem. No motivation? No problem, these guys help you find it! So happy to be a part of the family.
I can't say enough positive things about ilovekickboxing Reno! The staff is so welcoming and motivating. And the workout is fun! I am addicted! Try it, and you will be too!
5 stars all the way best place to get in shape they have amazing instructors. They have helped me stay focus and motivates through out my journey of being healthy and fit I love there health tips and the conditioning work out.
Super fun and CHALLENGING workout! The instructors are really encouraging and motivating. I love the fitness and health tips they share with us every day. The Groupon deal was great and gave me a no-risk chance to try it out before joining. Now I go 3 days a week with my workout buddies and I love it!
I was a little nervous to try ILKB but finally bit the bullet and bought the Groupon for it and ended up signing up for a membership after my first class!! I can't say enough about the environment and the instructors - So motivating and encouraging!! They also make it a fun place to be. Makes you want to keep going back! :)
I joined about a month ago. It's a very welcoming environment with great uplifting instructors. Since joining, I've had so much more energy. It's a great workout that's also fun!
ILKB is the best cardio work out you can do in 1 hour! Sherry the owner is the nicest person ever and all of the staff are amazing! I look forward to my work out all day!!
Before I had my daughter 15 months ago via c-section, I was at the gym daily during the work week. I’d easily get bored and sink into a routine rut. I am one of those people that would easily avoid the “work” in the workout and zone out on the treadmill even though I loved weight lifting. Enter a rough year health-wise and I knew I needed something different to get me back on track. The thought of the gym completely disinterested me. We had a vendor fair at work and my co-worker was interested so we went over and met Shari and Jevon. It wasn’t the crazy intense workouts that excited me, it was the fact they were located on my way home and I wouldn’t need to go out of my way to get there! I’ve only finished my 3rd class, but what a way to workout!! I’m not coordinated so I need to really focus on what I’m doing, but it is 60 minutes of the butt-kicking I really need! I leave there soaked in sweat and couldn’t be happier!
Well how do I even begin to explain how much better I feel about my self! I started ILKB about 2 weeks ago, I know that two weeks may not seem a lot to anyone but for me it’s a huge, Step! I was the type of person that would not even walk down the street, even if my life depended on it! I hated water, I know, I know hate is a harsh work but really water and walking, was just not my thing! I can say today that I love water and even thou I may not be going on daily walks, I work out! Something I have never ever done or did I ever think I would do! The ILKB fam bam has helped so very much with motivation and reminding you that you can do it and that you got it! I love that you can just work at your own speed and still get the best work out. The music helps and gets everyone going , they make you feel so welcomed.You really really have to try it and I’m sure you will love it as much as I do! Thank you shari for coming into the clinic and just telling me about it! I love it. Now on my 2nd week going on a daily basis =) and hoping to continue
