Rick helped me with the purchase of a wheelchair for my brother who uses it almost 24/7. He went pleasantly out of his way to help us select the best wheelchair. Rick took measurements to make sure that it fit my brother and then assembled it to fit him.My brother couldn't be happier with the chair and Medtech's amazing and competent service. Absolute dysfunction... without a doubt this is a company that is very poorly managed! The employees and the customers are both not happy. They are understaffed and not properly trained. Wait times on the phone can be 25-45 minutes depending on time called. Incorrect and double billing is frequent. Not much good can be said about Bennet, other than they used to be good 3-4 years ago, they suck now. We will be looking elsewhere for oxygen and cpap supplies in the immediate future...
Aweful. Dr. Thompson was extremely standoffish and irritable. At 27 weeks she "fired" me as her patient for not getting my blood work done in time.She supposedly sent a certified letter to my address. When I inquired about the letter the receptionist told me someone named ilsa signed it. I told her I had no idea who it was and the receptionist for an attitude with me and told me I was terminated for medical incompliance because I did not get my blood work done in time. Now no one will accept me as a patient because they think I'm incompliant. So I'm stuck with no prenatal care for my pregnancy. Such a nice lady.
Terrible customer service I waited 19 minutes on the phone I was then told that I could not make an appointment because my insurance only covers every three months. Yet I get calls from them saying my mask is leaking and to call them for appointment to fix the leak. The girls up front in Reno need to be replaced they are lazy and indignant, everything at their pace. Doug Bennet, I hope you read these and pay attention they make you look bad .
Great wonderful staff! They got me stable to be transfer to another hospital when I got sick. They kept my friends in the loop of what was going on.
