I reached out to Leslie in October of 2016 after my Doctor recommended EMDR therapy. She let me know that she would be out on Maternity leave until Mid November, but if I would like to wait to start, she would see me then. In the meantime she said she would email me a list of other providers to look into. She did not follow up with that email and I understood as she was out taking care of her new baby. I did reach out to her contact form via her site in early November to let her know that I was still interested in seeing her when she returned... no word back. So, in late November I called and left a message via cellphone. Again, no call back and now it is the week of Christmas. I cannot speak for her services, but I can speak for her total disregard of a person that is dealing with chronic illness and trauma. For someone that claims to have a mindfulness practice within her business, she is absolutely not mindful and I would urge anyone seeking help to look for someone that will acknowledge you. This is NOT Leslie Delacruz.

I just filed a fraud complaint with the Social Security Administration against Payee Counseling Services for stealing my money. They received it, I asked for it to be released, and they refused, claiming that I needed approval from some other random person and would have to wait weeks. FOR MY OWN MONEY. Simply put, they are running a ponzi scheme and do not have my money to give me.The owner, Becky Korn, is perhaps the most disrespectful thief I have ever met. If someone suggests that you use this service, RUN AWAY - DON'T WALK. Terrible, awful thieves that barely speak English. I hope they go to jail over this.
I saw Derrick Johnson for 4 sessions to discuss relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. He didn't really seem to know what he was doing in the first session, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a big mistake! In the second and third session he was very blaming, confrontational, and argumentative. Since this was my 1st time with a counselor, I thought that might be part of his approach, but I see now that it's just him. I ended up walking out of the 4th session because I was actually feeling way worse than before I met him! Bottom line: Derrick Johnson does not know how to be helpful to people dealing with anxiety and depression, and he actually made my problems worse. I really don't think he has what it takes to be a good coubselor.
Dr. Drymalski is a pleasure to work with. He is an awesome individual.
