This is for the service department! You can always expect to pay more when going through the dealership for repairs, but with my Ford, I like Ford to work on my car for the bigger problems. I took my 2013 Ford Fusion in because my little angel of a son lost the only programmed key to my car and I never received the door code to unlock my car to have a locksmith program a key for me. The un programmed key was in my car. SO I had to have my car towed in. They had to have a locksmith come out anyway to unlock the door because they didn't have the right tool. So along with programming a new key, reprogramming the door, and a full service I walked out paying about $500. A little steep, but cars are always a money pit.Because of the drought, they can no longer wash your car for you after a service which was kind of a bummer.
Went to check out a few vehicles applied for a vehicle on a Saturday they told me all Banks were closed will tell me my answer Monday they were call me I waited all day Monday no Call from them gave him until Wednesday when I called they said they were still working on it they will call me back it has been a week and I still have not heard back from them it would be nice at least they can call and say not approved if anything but not to receive a call or anything not to happy won't be referring them to anyone
Bought a car in January, had to drive back multiple times because they did not fill out the right paperwork. I was told they were going to buy out my car for a certain amount, yet the pay off what was not what they had stated, they waited until another payment went through before paying off the car, they told me I was going to get a heck for the amount owed for the pay off it’s been 2 months now still haven’t received it, I’ve callled multiple times regarding the check have yet to hear back, they ran our credit for a car we weren’t even looking at on a day weren’t even at the dealership. Would NEVER go back nor recommend someone to this place.
Terrible, terrible terrible!!!!!!! Do not do it!!!! Do not buy from these LOAN SHARKS!!!! They sell terrible vehicles that they fixonly to get you off of the lot and forget about working with you. They have terrible customer service! DO NOT GO THROUGH THESES GUYS!!!! I am placing negative comments about these guys as many places as I can, that's how much of a bad experience my family and I have had with them.

Brought my 2008 GTI , January of this year and they changed lists of parts including timing belt and tensioner. a few months later my car has a bent valve so i told them that i should have a warranty because the only way to bent a valve is when you install it wrong or wrong timing but they said its not covered through my warranty because its not the part that they changed. and now they're making up stories that i didnt have enough money to change the part the first time they fixed it. i wont recommend this shop to anyone and the service manager named MICHELLE is very rude.
BEWARE!! These guys are THIEVES!!! After Burning Man in SEPTEMBER, I took my $300,000 RV to Nick at High Desert Mobile Detailing and his PARTNER Sam checked me in. I gave him strict instructions to not go into any of the compartments outside and to Not go in any cabinets or drawers inside the RV. He even wrote it onto the contract. He said it would be 1 day to complete the job but it took a day and a half. When i picked up my RV, everything was stripped inside. They stole ALL of my food, drinks, snacks, alcohol plus they stole my computer, GoPro, light saber, New Art work that was purchased at the Oregon eclipse festival, they stole all of my expensive sunglasses, they stole my medical marijuana and my $700 glass bubbler, they stole clothes, expensive cologne, they stole 2 of my expensive watches, DVDs, and much more...Til this day, 2 months later, I still find more items that went missing. This was such a horrible experience. Nick promised me to refund me my money but has continuously put me in the back burner. He has never reached out to me and every time i reached out to him, he has some lame excuse each and every time. He does not take care of his customers and is not a man of his word. He really believes his contract will protect him in court but i have 6 witnesses and his partner who was also there during the time of thief. Nick and High Desert Mobile Detailing are cons and I will do everything in power to shut him down to prevent this from happening to anyone else. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!
TERRIBLE.....we are proceeding legally.Never leaked any fluid when I brought it in and now it leaks oil, took it back to have them fix it and they wouldn't . JIMMY no longer fixes the cars, the new young guys are turning the name into a chop shop garage, Save yourself the hassle and working with people with no credibility.
we are a small business and we paid for their mistakes, and man did we pay, they sent us the wrong parts and we paid for them to be shippped back to them , then they would not refund us our money, they refused to be fair to us when clearly it was their mistake for not sending us the correct parts in the first place. in the end they kept our money and they never were able to get us the right parts. we then went to Currie Enterprises and found exactly what we needed with no problems. BEWARE! , If they make a mistake you will pay for it, no exceptions. and it is because of that policy that this 1 star is well deserved.gorilla custom motors
