If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes beyond your appointment in a cold room with a surgical gown on, then maybe you'd mind being charged for 1 cancelled appointment, due to an emergency illness. To charge a patient who never missed or was late for an appointment for cancelling one appointment (giving 5 hours notice!) is callous and disrespectful. I could see doing so if the patient had done this before....

If you need physical therapy, go somewhere else!
