You have a sign on one of the smoke shops you sell your sonomas in and it reads a price of $7.41 +tax when I was charged more inside the store I questioned it was told the sales rep hasn't been by to change the sign well The store is wrong for charging me a different price and you should pay attention to your ads just saying

18 MONTHS OF BAD TUBES!!!! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY PLAY DUMB WITH YOU!!!! THEY KNOW their tubes are BAD and they are REFUSING to fix them or refund YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! They send letters with coupons (buy 2 MORE DEFECTIVE boxes and get $3 off) They tell you they need you to send the product back to determine the defect only THEY ALREADY KNOW what's wrong and they ALREADY HAVE received the bad product in the mail sent back to them, so your ripped off not receiving ANY compensation for the tubes you already lost out on! They just send those $3 off coupons to real you into buying MORE DEFECTIVE tubes that can't be rolled! Time to REPORT them to the ATTORNEY GENERAL! TIME IS UP, NOTHING WAS FIXED! THEY STOLE OUR MONEY OVER AND OVER AND OVERRRRRRR!!!!! People, do something, pick up the phone.....

I use the Premier brand light blue kings, and have been having a problem with the glue on the seam. Maybe defective glue , not enough glue , or no glue at the end opposite the filter. So once you fill the tube it just starts to split up the side. Bottom of the box has a code that reads K14 323 3I 10:55. Hope this helps you out. I am on my 3rd box of which at least 25% to 30% of the tubes have all done the same

Love the tubes but recently I have found bent tubes and boxes that do not have 200 in them. Specifically lot C 17 080. Out of the 5 in the stack the first thee have been short by 2, 8, and 6 tubes. If this continues I will be forced to change brands.

on several box's of tubes they are messed up, tubes bent, ends messed up will not go on tube to fill, just counted 16 in one box unuseable.,do not fill well, tried another brand and had no problem with them so it is not me or the machine.there is a problem some where that
needs fixed with the packageing, and them not filling right, it is not only me.

Hi my name is Jeffrey Barker, my wife Pam receives menthol cigarette tubes from you through my brother Kevin Barker who orders them for her as he is in charge of our finances. They are delivered to our address at 742 Fairwood dr. Apt 2 in Neenah, Wisconsin, we received a shipment today Wednesday April 6th,2016 and some of the boxes of tubes were opened and some were smashed and were the wrong size you sent Kings and they were suppose to be 100's. It looks like some one in the packaging area isn't checking the product for open or smashed boxes and when they are they shouldn't be shipped that way. Other than this my wife is very happy with your product.

Premier tubes are now extremely poor quality. All boxes with H16 printed batch numbering are horrible. Bought a case of 50 cartons and they're junk. Won't roll, paper tears or slips off and only fills half way. Tried different machines and tobacco and it's the exact same problem. After ordering a few times of replacements, all I have received from different companies is the newer terrible product. 8 years of using this product and now I will be looking for something new. Bad choice to switch to cheaper paper for your product.

I have been using your Premier 100's menthol tubes for the last 7 years. Out of the last 5 boxes I have had to throw away about 40 tubes due to the fact that the seam's have been unsealed about 1/2 way up the tube. Please look into fixing this problem. Thank you for reading my post.

bought a pack of the USA Gold menthol cigarettes last night 10-15-16 and after only smoking a cpl of them i ended up almost violently throwing up in the bathroom.i wish i never asked the guy at the store for the cheapest pack of menthols he ad cause he gave me them. a wasted $5 i spent on them,NEVER AGAIN! they were horrible

I have been buying Premier cigarette tubes for years and until the last year, I haven't had any problems, however, now 1 out of every 5 rolled is a reject. The area near the filter is too narrow and doesn't fill with tobacco. What happened to Quality control? I will be forced to now buy tubes from your competitor.

I've purchased several boxes of the Premier tubes that will not make cigarettes. It goes half way through and it won't fill anymore. I've figured out that it is the boxes that have the number F16 on the back. I've had H and E and those work right but the F ones don't. I've had to switch brands because I'm not going to ask the cashier what the number is. Please fix this! I used to love these tubes but I'm done wasting money on ones that won't work.

We recently bought a box of your tubes and several of them were not glued completely near the top of the tube. The tubes would split apart when we put them on the roller. I have attached a picture of the ones we saved for proof. I would like some compensation.

I have been buy your tube for along time but the last 3 boxes the P&the R have holes like when it was printed your machine cut the paper I don't want to change tube I really like them and they are the more expensive ones but tired of the holes PLEASE FIX I am going to try one more box if there are holes I will have to switch

Because of the insane price of Newport cigarettes in Ct., I tried Fortuna 100s. I guess you get what you pay for! I was outraged when I discovered that 7 out of the pack were not checked for quality assurance. The pack was intact, but the cigarettes weren't. The filters were hanging off. No way to put them back on because there was nothing to attach it to. Not likely to buy again or recommended!

We've been buying your tubes for years and have never had a problem like we have on this last box we've bought. Seems like the machine that prints your name on the tubes is puncturing a hole in them. Seems to be around the P and the last R the most. Very frustrating when making our cigarettes. Please fix this as I see others are having this problem. Would really love my money back for them!!!

I have a box of tubes that I have tiny holes in the tubes. Makes it difficult to smoke. Holes around the writing on the tube,I have been using these tubes for awhile noticed it happened from prior boxes but not as many, but this whole box is defective. I want refund. How do I do that now. Website isn't working.
