I use the Premier brand light blue kings, and have been having a problem with the glue on the seam. Maybe defective glue , not enough glue , or no glue at the end opposite the filter. So once you fill the tube it just starts to split up the side. Bottom of the box has a code that reads K14 323 3I 10:55. Hope this helps you out. I am on my 3rd box of which at least 25% to 30% of the tubes have all done the same
I have been buying PREMIER SUPERMATIC KING SIZE TUBES for 10 YEARS. I have been a LOYAL customer and have NEVER bought any other brand but yours. I recently bought 3 boxes of tubes, and only ONE out of 20 rolled a cigarette completely in tact. Something is wrong with the paper, it's SO DEFECTIVE it only rolls the top part of the tube, maybe an inch down in fills, and the bottom part by the filter is empty! The bad part, i thought my $109.00 electric cigarette machine was broke and bought another one. I also thought my other 2 Premier ($30 each) were also broke and threw them in the dumpster. $180.00 LOSS!!!! There was nothing wrong with my cigarette machine, it was your defective tubes!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THESE CIGARETTE TUBES? Did you go and switch to some DIRT CHEAP way of making the tubes at the expense of your LOYAL CUSTOMERS? I want MY MONEY back for this LOSS!!!!!! EDITED!!! 12-16-2016 THEY SENT ME HALF OFF COUPONS (BUY ONE GET ONE FREE) FOR MY LOSS, AND 10 MORE BOXES WERE BAD!!!! THEY WANT TO SEND ME MORE COUPONS SO I CAN GIVE THEM MORE MONEY FOR MORE JUNK!!!! I They will not make good on anything. Tobacco store is now telling the customers to purchase a different brand and they are aware of this problem thanks to MANY CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS!!!! ZERO STAR... (UPDATE 3/1/2117) 250 TUBES OUT OF 250 TUBES ARE ALL BAD!!!! COMMON WEALTH KNOWS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!!!!! PLEASE CALL THEM AT 1-866-233-6527. What makes no sense at all, is they keep asking to send back more tube boxes to them so they can examine them but EVERY BOX IS THE SAME PROBLEM!!!! It's costing more money in gasoline to drive 30 minutes round trip to the nearest UPS ground station to mail back the defective tubes!!! Apparently, these defective boxes are now sitting on shelves all across the United States and nobody is pulling them from the shelves. WHY IS IT THERE IS NO RECALL ON THIS PRODUCT? WHY IS COMMONWEALTH TAKING NO LOSS ON THIS MATTER and making the customers take all the loss by NOT RECALLING THEM??? THEY KNOW THEY ARE BAD!!! (update 7-142017 THE TUBES ARE STILL BAD and this company is refusing to fix them)
on several box's of tubes they are messed up, tubes bent, ends messed up will not go on tube to fill, just counted 16 in one box unuseable.,do not fill well, tried another brand and had no problem with them so it is not me or the machine.there is a problem some where that
needs fixed with the packageing, and them not filling right, it is not only me.
Hi my name is Jeffrey Barker, my wife Pam receives menthol cigarette tubes from you through my brother Kevin Barker who orders them for her as he is in charge of our finances. They are delivered to our address at 742 Fairwood dr. Apt 2 in Neenah, Wisconsin, we received a shipment today Wednesday April 6th,2016 and some of the boxes of tubes were opened and some were smashed and were the wrong size you sent Kings and they were suppose to be 100's. It looks like some one in the packaging area isn't checking the product for open or smashed boxes and when they are they shouldn't be shipped that way. Other than this my wife is very happy with your product.

I have been having the exact same problem. I had to throw away 6 boxes of the dark blue king size Premier non menthol tubes about a month ago. The glue that holds the paper together was coming unglued on every single tube in the batch of boxes I purchased. The store would not take them back even though I had a receipt because they were all opened and they said they were defective and I need to contact the manufacturer. Well, that I did. I emailed Commonwealth Brands along with many pictures of the defective tubes and a copy of my receipt so they could see I'm not someone just trying to get some freebies. This was over 2 months ago and my email has gone unanswered. I had a problem about 2 years ago, same brand, same tubes except the boxes I purchased then (only 2 boxes this time) the filters would completely rip apart from the tube when filled with tobacco. Same thing, sent pictures along with UPC codes from defective boxes via email and no response. I am now getting ready to send a handwritten letter to the company to see if I get any satisfaction. In Pennsylvania, I pay almost $5 a box of tubes with our ridiculous tobacco taxes. I can't afford to keep throwing boxes of tubes in the garbage. Apparently this company doesn't care much for their consumers satisfaction of their products. I knew I couldn't be the only person that bought boxes of these defective glued tubes. I just went online to get their street address to mail my letter because they only have the city and state listed on the bottom of the boxes and that's when I seen all these posts. If they don't rectify this situation then they are showing me how little my business means to them and I'll be buying a new brand from now on. I don't think they realize how much money the company will be losing just from the people that posted here. That adds up to a huge loss over the lifetime of a smoker for them. Commonwealth Brands...DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!!!
Premier tubes are now extremely poor quality. All boxes with H16 printed batch numbering are horrible. Bought a case of 50 cartons and they're junk. Won't roll, paper tears or slips off and only fills half way. Tried different machines and tobacco and it's the exact same problem. After ordering a few times of replacements, all I have received from different companies is the newer terrible product. 8 years of using this product and now I will be looking for something new. Bad choice to switch to cheaper paper for your product.
I have been using your Premier 100's menthol tubes for the last 7 years. Out of the last 5 boxes I have had to throw away about 40 tubes due to the fact that the seam's have been unsealed about 1/2 way up the tube. Please look into fixing this problem. Thank you for reading my post.
bought a pack of the USA Gold menthol cigarettes last night 10-15-16 and after only smoking a cpl of them i ended up almost violently throwing up in the bathroom.i wish i never asked the guy at the store for the cheapest pack of menthols he ad cause he gave me them. a wasted $5 i spent on them,NEVER AGAIN! they were horrible
