Since 2009 I had been coming to Sea Air and had a lot there for my trailer in the seasonal section. In 2013 I purchased a business and left Sea Air for a year to concentrate on building my business. In 2014 I moved my trailer back and all was ok except I only got down 3 times over night and have to go home each time due to business emergencies. This year I paid my lot rent $3800. in full on April 1 as was required (Even though the former manager said it was oke to pay at beginning of season... Then At end of April, with things happening at my business, I decided to not come down to Sea Air this year 2015. I reported this to the new manager who said he'd take care of everything. I moved my trailer home on May 3, 2015. The manager never moved me out on the computer. He never returned my calls regarding my questions of refund. I finally called the corporate office and they got him to move me out on the computer, but would not refund my lot rent for the season. Not only is this rude but poor PR. I had intentions of retiring there someday, but After the experience I just had and the lack of consideration returning calls, I think I will be buying elsewhere. Please be warned everyone.... if you intend to rent here and there is an issue that you need to cancel the rest of your season, you will not get any consideration from Sun Communities and Sea Air Village. I also had the battery of my RV stolen in February 2015. Management said it was not their responsibility to patrol the seasonal section of park even though people were staying there off season. Police said they cant patrol as it is private property. Again very disappointing that Sea Air and Sun communities take no responsibility for the safety of the residents who stay there.
