I love the games, but customer service is not that great. I paid for in-app gems and did not receive them. Provided proof of purchase with receipt. Communication was great when I first contacted them, which was within 20 seconds after realizing the gems had not been credited after they had received the payment. But once I provided the copy of the receipt, which was 6 days ago, I've not received anymore contact from them. It is disappointing because I really like the games, and all I've been asking for are the gems I have paid for, but this may make me stop playing. I called the company and left a message, though I highly doubt I will get a call back. Very frustrated. I sure hope they do the right thing and give me the gems or my money back. I'm starting to think not. -Lori
