I prepaid for 3 nights on my third night my room key didn't work. The motel gave my prepaid room away, the front desk told me housekeeping said there were no belongings in the room and they thought I had left early.i didn't leave my belongings in my room because this motel was sketchy! They didn't have any more rooms available, I was forced to sleep in my car, no other reasonable rooms (under $400 a night) were available Near Stanford Hospital or I never would have stayed at the "Bad" Night Inn! My husband had open heart surgery at Stanford that is why I was staying in the area. Rude staff, greedy double bookers!
