Michael Walsh of Michael Mechanical, Inc purchased Dale Plumbing in 1995 and further expanded the company to include both residential and commercial service as well as some new construction and remodel work. Michael also established Dale Plumbing as a Union company affiliated with the Local 467 Plumber's and Steamfitter's Union of San Mateo County. Michael continued in Otto's tradition of providing the utmost quality customer service and continued to do so for the next decade, making Dale Plumbing the largest Union/non-franchise plumbing company in San Mateo County. In 2005, native German Timo Spoerl purchased Dale Plumbing, incorporated it and continued to build on Michael's and Otto's dreams. Already a decorated international plumbing, heating, sheetmetal and air-conditioning contractor with multiple international business, Timo introduced newer and more innovative technologies to the already expanding repertoire of Dale Plumbing Inc including radiant and hydronic heating, solar heating, tankless water heaters, air-conditioning and much more. To this day, Dale Plumbing Inc continues to improve it's plumbing and heating service work in the residential and commercial fields as well as developing it's new construction and remodel work.
