RUDE, AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

went here yesterday with a very simple request - 1 serving of steamed rice, to go. not only did the host not answer, but he glared at us rudely and then walked away. we politely waited for about 5 minutes as he ran around before we requested our rice from the waitress, who barely nodded as she ran past us. another 5 minutes pass......how long does it take to scoop 1 serving of rice? we asked the waitress again and she mumbles that she forgot! the place is the size of my bathroom, and we were practically the only ones standing there as she ran back and forth past us.....and she forgot our order?! WTF?!?!

i've never been here before and i don't even know what the food is like, but i'm NEVER coming back!!!

I would not support this type of business!

I had been eating at this restaurant for a few years for their delivery. A few times they got our order wrong and it was no biggie, but the last time I ordered food from there, they got four out of five dishes wrong. I tried calling the place to have someone pick up the wrong items and bring replacements, but I couldn't get through. Finally I decided to drive down there and by this time, I did not want to wait while they made new dishes. I asked very nicely for a refund but I was refused. The man who worked there was extremely rude. The guy told us to talk to the manager and pointed to the kitchen but never actually got the manager for us. I wish I could explain every rude thing that the man did that night, but unfortunately this only allows for 150 words.
