Trust, sincerity, and going out of the way to please be how I would describe my experience at Infiniti! Marvin Grino at Peninsula Infiniti was more than helpful. He was courteous, informative, and very detail-oriented. Throughout the whole process, he was genuine, sincere, and made my needs a priority. I referred my father, and a friend. And we were so impressed with the value of Infiniti, the level of service, and the overall experience with interacting with the whole team, that we picked up TWO NEW Infiniti's. Coming from a family of Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes drivers - Infiniti and especially Marvin had definitely over exceeded our expectations. I would recommend my close friends and family to Marvin specifically if they are in the market for a new vehicle. If you're looking for straight forward answers, prompt service, and accurate information - go look for Marvin Grino.

Gotta give it up for this place. Cruising over Hwy 92 yesterday, a little tiny Honda kicked up a rock that hit my windshield pretty hard - left a serious divot in it. I knew that this was repairable, but also that it would become unmanageable quickly if the combo of hot/cold grew (and in winter, definitely a strong likelihood of this happening). I started calling around for glass repair places, and NO ONE was open on Saturdays. Finally got a hold of a windshield replacement dude, who told me his doesn't fix them anymore, but to call Auto City, as they do a good job. So I did, they told me to swing by, and they did a fantastic job of repairing said divot. Very impressive to watch...totally professional, they did a great job of cleaning up, and they were about half the price of the big names in the biz. Definitely a thumbs up!
The dealership and Service Dept I am used to dealing with is WORLD CLASS in every way. My friend and I used to be car nuts. We had over 40 cars in 5 years and you name the brand we probably owned one. I bought my present Infiniti G35 at Peninsula some years back. They were first class with the sales process but have always been world class with service. Getting an appointment is easy, I always get a loaner and my Service Advisor: Bob Anderson is absolutely the best. He always discusses the car and any issues and advises on what types of service it might need and often tells me that the car really doesn't need the service I ask for. The experience of going to Peninsula is always excellent. My friend's car cost twice as much and he always has horrible service experiences with his dealership.
I had great experience purchasing my 2009 G37 Infiniti Sedan from Randy. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. I felt comfortable during the entire sales process and felt as if he truly was trying to get me the best deal he could. He didn’t have any of the unpleasant stereotypically qualities that car dealers are often associated. I actually went to many different dealerships while looking for my new car and Randy was the most genuine, helpful, and easy to talk to. I felt like I could be honest with him and that we was very honest with me. He made sure to show me every feature of the car after the sale and spent time to go over all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend Randy. Thank you for all your help, I couldn’t be more pleased with my car!
As, soon as i stepped into the lot I felt like there wasn't no one going to help me. I honestly felt like the place was unprofessional. To my surprise i was 100% WRONG! After talking to Sam (the owner), I knew i was in good hands. Not only did he not pressure me to buy something that day. But more like gave me advice on everything there is about cars. As we went into the test drive, he really gets to know you, and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Sam and I worked on a deal that we were both happy on. And made things work perfect. Overall experience, it was 2 thumbs up! And with that said me and Sam are going to make business again. And will keep making business for a good time.
I can't say enough kind words about Sam from Auto City. I showed up with my 17 year-old son on our first day of looking for used cars. We didn't know where to begin, but Sam took his time talking with us and explaining how his dealership worked. He asked us questions and made suggestions based on his experience. We told him what type of car we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. He then started his quest to find a car for us. Sam kept in touch with us, sending us texts and pictures and asking if we wanted him to bid on certain cars. It took 2 weeks, but he found us a great car! He was very honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else to purchase a used car!
Fantastic experience. Called for an appointment only a day in advance for 30K maintenance on my M35. They were flexible on time, agreed in advance to lend me a car. When i got there Bob talked me through options on the service, how we might cut out certain maintenance items to save money and where we might add additional items that weren't on standard maintenance plans. They were able to fix a number of warranty items and have the car ready by noon. They informed me on a bent rim, but didnt try to gouge me and sell me a new one for $1200. They gave me the name of an aftermarket seller who could get me a $300 rim and offered to put it on, next time i came in for a tire rotation.
Purchased a new vehicle in 2005 at their previous location in Daly City. Wanted to sell the vehicle back to Infiniti now in their Redwood City facility. I have been in contact with Keith Lui of the used vehicle department. The process is still on going, but Keith's customer service from updating me on a regular basis, sending drivers Jose Meja & Roberto Rodriguez to pick up the car are professional & efficient & so far have not encountered any issues. I will update when the transaction has been finalized. Transaction has been finalized. Paperwork took a few minutes & they will handle all requirements with DMV. Thank you Keith Lui for making it stressless.
It's difficult to imagine someone being more helpful than Samuel Wong was when I bought my new Infiniti. He was tireless in answering my many questions and in providing me with the information I asked for. Never once did he push me toward one model or another, and never once did he pressure me in any way. Instead, he tried to understand my needs and preferences and explained what models and trims best met them and why. He also cheerfully spent a long hour with me at the end of the day I bought my car going over all of its many features with me. ... In short, I could not be more satisfied with the help he provided when I bought my new car, and I recommend him unequivocally.
Saw some good reviews so went there to buy a car after being really afraid of craiglist. I bought them one car. I did business with Kal and Sam. They were really good at finding what I was looking for at very good price. These guys are incredibly honest, full of good advices and not trying to absolutely sell cars if they did not think it is a good deal matching what you expect. They provided me all reports (carfax etc.) and were very professional in doing the annoying paperwork. They also have good mechanic knowing its job. It was a high pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend these guys. Definitely 5 stars.
