Bad experience! A Posher purchased a Brand New Free people dress from my closet. It was in perfect condition never worn in fact. I rushed the dress to her the day i recieved her order becasue she said she needed it for that coming weekend. When she received it she waited a day then, she filed a case with Poshmark stating that the Dress was a fake Free people dress. She even stated it was wrong size. Thank goodness I tracked down my reciept from Original free people store. This person just received the Dress and wanted to wear it for a wedding or special occasion and then send it back for a return and file a bogus claim so she could get a refund of $120.00 after wearing the dress. She didnt even clean it before returning it. I always took great care to make sure every piece I sold on Poshmark was in excellent condition. If there were any type of minor flaws in the garment, I would disclose them in my description. I responded to Poshmark and informed them I have the reciept proving it was not a fake and the size is acctually oversized large. but they sided with the buyer and returned the item to me. When i recieved the dress back it was streched out and smelled of BO and purfume. And guess what? She wore it!!!. I contacted Poshmark Support to let them know, but they never responded.
