The actual business in Redmond is clean and professional. BUT if you try to teach them by phone watch out. I spent 45 min. Talking and waiting for someone to answer. Finally was given a local number but it got someone in PA who answered and finally gave me some help. After a guy with bad English and a bad cell phone connection I could hardly hear.why do they not list a local office phone number so you can check on when you will receive your equipment??? I have been waiting for over 10 days since I got a phone message from them saying they would contact me soon. Very bad phone service very frustrating to deal with .. Shuffled from one customer service person to the next. Took 3 tries to get anything accomplished. Still don't know when my equipment will arrive at the office here locally. Omg
Hard to communicate with reps.Some need the exact words to get them thinking. Not thoughts or Ideas but "Magic Words".
It has been 3 and a half weeks since my order was placed and 15 days since I had my surgery. I still have not received my mobility equipment.
