Millen Autobody

Wouldn't take any of my 5 vehicles anywhere else but Millen's. They have always treated my vehicles with the utmost care and I never feel like I'm getting over charged for anything.

I sent a friend there about a year ago for work on her 5 series BMW and it was flawless. As my friends were out of town Neil called me to come down and look it over before they wrapped up. Needless to say - my Microsoft buddies were pleased. Millen also saved my favorite custom truck I have had for 22years after I got rear ended. They handled the insurance claims and helped fight to fix it right!

I just wanted to say that this experience has been the best one I have ever had in a shop. Not only did they estimate in minutes and scheduled my appointment fast but they my car was ready before the estimated time. I showed up and was amaze that my car looked brand new, it was all washed up both inside and out. Thank you and your team for such a great job.

I accidently hit the side of my car and dented in the rear passenger door. Since my car was new I wanted to fix it right away and I did not hesitate to call Millen and they remembered me right away from a previous time I had gone in with my old car. Everyone remembered me they are just that kind of people. They replaced the door had it cleaned inside and out and had oit ready for me to pick up on the same day. I definitely recommend Millen.

I originally went to Millan when my brand new Subaru was rear ended less than a month after I brought it. M insurance agent recommended them and I was not disappointed. They always get the job done. The car goes in, they get it done well, and they let me know when it is finished. It is always done correctly, but if something happens, they take care of it. We take all of our cars to them, and they do everything for us. They are just incredibly honest. Especially in the car industry, honesty is a big plus.

I have been using Millen Auto Body for years. Thirty years ago I left my wallet on top of my car and it sailed off and spilled its guts all over the road. Neil Millen was the one who stopped on the road, picked it all back up and gave my office a call. That is how we met and when I first started using him.

I first started going to Millen 10 years ago. They were referred to me as one of the very best BMW shops in Seattle. I had a great experience with Neil and his team. Unfortunately, I've had reasons for more auto body work over the years. There was never any doubt to come back to Neil and his team, even when we moved much further away. On our recent experiences, they did a masterful job of blending some rare glossy color with the rest of the car color to ensure a perfect match. Their workmanship is second to no one. As an Allstate client, Millen is a preferred vendor and makes the experience seamless. I would highly recommend taking your car, SUV or truck to Millen.

These guys are true professionals. They finished the job a day early, took care of my rental, and returned my car looking better than when I left it. I had a scratched, dented bumper on a BMW 335, and they reformed it and painted it spot on. They even matched the orange peel in the clear coat to the rest of the car--those who've had this messed up before know what I'm talking about. The car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. All around excellent service. I'll recommend them to my friends and family.

I had to get my windshield replaced and some minor body work done. These guys stepped up to the plate and even exceeded my expectations, which are set pretty high. They have competitive prices and an owner that is very compassionate about his shop.

I just received new plates and the old back plate's screws were rusted on there. Everyone was professional and nice. They replaced the screws and when i asked them "so do i go back to the office to pay?" The gentleman replied "no ill open the door and you drive out"; which was very nice of them to do. I highly recommend their shop to others, not just because i got a good deal but because they were professional and organized.

Couple of months ago my truck was keyed all the way around (ex-house sitter that wanted to date my son, weirdness) and when I went to check on it, Neil showed me my truck in the state of the art paint booth. I actually did not believe it was my truck until he told me it was - it looked like it rolled off the show room floor! Since it is a truck and 11 yrs old there were dents all around the bed and doors so I asked if those could be taken out at the same time, his team went to work and for a little extra over what insurance paid every dent was taken out. Now I have a brand new looking truck with a perfect paint job, factory color, no miss-match. They even cleaned all the fir needles out of the vents, cat whiskers (fuzzy strip on your windows), mirrors and interior when it was all done. To say it was done properly is an understatement!

The staff is very caring and accepted my dog quickly when I called for an emergency. I was very impressed and grateful. The doctor that took care of my dog over the weekend was very considerate and explained everything that was going on very clearly. They took very good care of my dog and she is back to normal now! Thank you!

Millen Auto Body was thorough, organized, and honest when it came to the care of my car. The estimate was very close to the finalized price and customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I am still amazed of their service and kindness that they showed me on the water leakage repair. They had my car at their shop for about 10 days to find out thoroughly where the water leaked. Neil who is the owner of the shop called me to pick up my car and told me that I did not owe him any for the repair. He even paid for a rental car for the 10 days. They also cleaned my car inside and outside. Neil said that he did not charge me because they should have found out the problem when I brought my car previously. I am very grateful for their service, and I know that I can trust the Millen Auto Body shop!

My Prius was smacked from behind which pushed her up into car in front of her, so had damage to both the back and front of the car. Was at Millen for quite awhile and came out looking and operating great. Recently had an undercarriage protective panel detach at one corner that was most likely related to the accident but who's to say. Attempted to fix myself, using the useless parts dept at Kirkland Toyota, but was given the wrong part. Took the panel off, wife drove over to Millen and they fixed it right away. Easy. Will use Millen again in the future if needed...
