General Info

I have 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in therapeutic settings. I have been licensed since 2001 in California, and since 2005 in Washington state. I am a certified Grief Recovery Specialist. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as systems theory and psychodynamics. I graduated Arizona State University in 1994 with my Masters in Social Work.

Services/Products

I help adolescents and families get through tough stuff. Being a teen is hard enough, but if you have felt at times like life was scary, sad, stressful, depressing, or just plain empty, you probably don't know how to turn it around on your own. You may be in a place where you just don't know how to move forward. I get that. And together we can work through that in ways that are empowering to you. You can get to a place where you can believe in yourself, feel confident about your decisions and connect to who you really are. I work with adolescents, adults, and families. I am passionate about giving people the skills to make great decisions for themselves and to feel connected to whatever means the most to them in life.
