I would like to thanks to Dr. Irine Vaiman being my primary care physician for more than 15 years.

it really depends on the physician and the reason you are visiting them:

I spent all my personal appointements with Dr Grinberg and it was always nice and well done.

My children and wife used to consult Dr Vaiman which was also very efficient and professional.

Nurses are nice and very efficient in their nurse job. I have never experienced any moment a nurse enering the door without knocking or any other non professional behavior.

But when comes to sickness, we may get cloudy conclusions with nothing to do except wait. I have met several times Dr E. and we barelly get satisfactory visits. So it really depends on the Dr. The problem is that Dr Vaiman is overbooked and it is getting harder and harder to get any appointment with her.

Overall
I have been a patient at Advan...

I have been a patient at Advanced Family Medicine for over a year, and I have had numerous bad experiences. This office is unorganized and unprofessional, which doesn't make a good first impression. During my very first visit, a nurse actually walked into my room (without knocking) while I was undressing. She was apologetic, but isn't it mandatory for them to knock before entering? During the same trip, I was asked to take a urine test and was asked to carry my urine into the waiting room to wait for the doctor. I refused and felt extremely uncomfortable.

At another visit, a nurse took my file into the hall and was openly discussing it with several other nurses, none of whom were seeing me. The discussion was not professional; it was gossip and very personal things were shared. I was mortified and when I asked the nurse why she told the other nurses about my situation, she said she needed professional advice? She wasn't even my doctor so this is obviously not true.

I take 3 different prescription medications. One of which, after researching privately, turned out to be extremely unsafe and actually made my birth control ineffective. When I asked my doctor about this and even showed her the printed report, she said she didn't think it mattered enough to be concerned. An unwanted pregnancy is a very big concern and I cannot believe this wasn't told to me when I was prescribed this medicine.

Every time my pharmacy has faxed a request for prescription refills, it has taken at least a week to hear back from my doctor. They typically have to call and refuse to get off the phone until my prescription is dealt with. This is incredibly frustrating, and I have even been hung up on by their receptionist when inquiring about my refills.

When I originally chose this office, I chose it based on the prior reviews and because of the convenient location. However, every visit I've had has gotten progressively worse. Most of my visits have been with Tatyana Storozhuk. I walked away from every appointment feeling as though none of my issues were addressed. I've recently started seeing another doctor. When I told my doctor about the encounters I've had at Advanced Family Medicine, he was shocked. I don't know if my issues were exclusive to my doctor or if other people have had similar experiences. However, I do know that I will not only NEVER see this doctor again, I will do everything in my power to share my experiences with every person I encounter. I hope that these issues are addressed and that no one else has these terrible experiences.

Overall
excellent doctor

For the past ten years I have been using Advanced Family Medicine Clinic for primary medical care. I feel lucky to meet Doctor Grinberg who is my family doctor. He is an experienced and very caring physician. No matter with what kind of problem or question I had an appointment with him, whatever he recommended was working.

In spite of being busy with his patients, Dr. Grinberg is easy to reach. Mostly I could make an appointment with him for the following day.

Recently the clinic moved to a nice new office which has a large parking lot and convenient location – just a couple of minutes from SR-520.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Grinberg as a great physician and a person who is fun to talk with.
