Ditto review with Jessie B. Dropped off a small order with a template on a Friday. Was given a price and a 1 -2 day turnaround time for the following week. Several phone calls the following week (Wed., Thurs.) inquiring as to status, not returned, not followed up on, etc. Went back the following Friday and spoke with the person who originally took the order, turns out there was small issue with the shape of the template, which was easily resolved at the counter. Apologies from the counter person for the delay, lack of follow up, was promised the glass by the following Monday - Tues. No phone calls, no glass by the following Thursday. Went back to the store, met the person who took the order: "Sorry, it hasn't been done yet, we're super busy, do you want to take your template some place else." Asked to speak with the owner, explained history to him, complained about the poor customer service. Owner's response: "Sorry, we're really busy." Took our template and left. Moral to the story: if you're going to do business with this company, get it in writing.
Poor service with lying employees. It took months to try to complete a transaction. They never return phone calls and do not show up for scheduled appointments. I took time off work 3 times for them to no show, no call. Bad business practices.
Great customer service! Great products, efficient, and work in a very timely fashion! Highly recommend!
