I bought a home listed by this RE office. They were deceptive on whether everything was working. The agent lied to my agent about a water leak and they tried to cover this issue up. I am now faced with several hundred $ in repairs replacing a garbage disposal with a cracked housing in 3 places that had temp fixes done. Also the DW is broken and the under cabinet water damage will cost tons in time and money. We've been hand washing our dusges on one side of the sink since we moved in. The home warranty repair company has taken several weeks to help and this stuff is still not fixed.
