We always trust Auto Express to do a great job. We have been taking our vehicle to them for years - some major repairs, others regular maintenance. They do a GREAT job and stand behind their work. They are honest and trustworthy - I brought my Subaru in to have new brake pads put on, expecting to replace both front and rear. With 132,000 miles on the brakes, Jeff could easily have just replaced them all - instead he informed me that the rear brakes looked fine and wound up just doing the front set, saving me the cost of replacing them all. When we replaced the clutch a couple of years ago, we had an after market clutch put in which didn't wind up working. We first thought it was just a faulty part and he replaced it again (at no cost to us). When the problem still wasn't solved he replaced it a third time, this time with a heavier duty subaru clutch, again at no cost to us. I felt terrible that they had to eat the cost of the extra parts and labor but I think Jeff felt worse that we had to keep coming back! No fault to them - and no hassles. I fully trust their work and honesty. Great prices, great job - we are loyal customers and give them the highest of recommendations!
