My wife and I bought a rig for $17,000 and have had nothing but problems with it in the 4 months we've owned it. They said they were Under New Management and cleaned house and we're trying to build a new reputation. We gave them a chance and they swindled us. They said they were honest and that it was a good truck but that was a lie. We are honest good to do people and they took full advantage of us and when I called to have them make it right they referred me to the warranty, which thankfully we got, but what about the people who don't? After telling them they can trust them and they're getting a good deal and then the vehicle starts giving them problems right after buying it, do they just shrug their shoulders and say tough luck? No matter what paperwork you sign no one should be taken advantage of like this. In their motto they say quality vehicles and satisfaction but neither one is true. The hardest thing about this whole thing was to have to hear my wife say "don't worry we'll get through this " that really hurt. That is not the experience you should have when dropping this kind of money on a vehicle especially when they say they're honest people and they were trying to rebuild the reputation. Was going to purchase a Jeep at Subaru of Bend to get out from underneath this truck but found out they own Approved Auto. I did not expect them to run a business like this so needless to say I will not be buying from there either. So I plead with you to reconsider when buying from these dealerships. Your time, your money and your family deserve better. There are so many other options. Please reconsider

called Miller auto explaining we had a Mercedes that we wanted to trade for a bigger vehicle. The lady on the phone told us to bring it in and we can work something out. we drove an hour and a half and when we arrived the guy said they don't even take Mercedes. thanks for wasting my time and gas. poor service, terrible cs, and I don't recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a 2002 dodge Dakota from these people that they told me was in great condition. I made it all of 200 miles before it started to overheat. Turns out it had a blow head gasket, a $3000 fix. This was a problem before I purchased the vehicle. When I informed the company of this to see if we could work something out, they're response was too bad. I would avoid these people at all costs. Complete con artists.

I moved here from portland and for a few months commuted. I am delighted to find this high end salon in the little town of Redmond. Jody is keeping the standards up here in Redmond! Highly recommend this Aveda salon.

Angel did an amazing job on my color. I got exactly what I asked for and she did her best to fix the color I was unhappy with from a different salon. Loved the atmosphere and both Angel and Rachel were super nice!
