Horrible experience today. Usually really good but they didn't have the right ingredients for my salad, so just made due with what they had without informing me, put the wrong cheese, charged me for stuff I didn't order and left out two of my desserts. When I asked to speak to the manager, Maria, she was less than helpful. She did ask the cook about the errors in the order and she, Mariyah, was nasty in her response. What happened to customer service? Super disappointed, telling all my friends on social media about this horrible treatment and discouraging anyone from going to the Redlands Corner Bakery. I expected so much better. I won't be back. Good thing Panera is close by.
