        HELP IS THERE

        Mr. Hernandez with the San Bernardino TAD has been most patient in explaining what I need to do to keep receiving assistance to help me with medical expenses because of my kidney failure. I would not be able to have the piece of mind that I have if Mr. Hernandez was not helping me.
