I contacted Reid’s Honda when there was a problem with my vehicle’s AC system. The company was quick to schedule an appointment, diagnose a problem, collect my money and send me on my way. Sadly, I was also quick to find that the problem had not been fixed. After contacting Reid’s and returning my vehicle to their garage, I was charged more money for more services that also did not resolve the issue. When I spoke with the manager about my concern, he was dismissive and patronizing. By the end of our conversation, he was outright rude. While I was refunded a portion of the charges, I ended up paying for unnecessary work and a lecture I didn't deserve. When the manager finally admitted that the problem with my Honda was a known issue, I asked why other work had been completed prior to addressing this known issue, for which he did not have a satisfactory response. I will not be returning to Reid’s, and recommend that all go elsewhere for their Honda service needs.
Honest and fair. From what I have paid at the Acura dealership for the same service they are less than half.
Reid's also had to diagnosis a electrical problem I helped create trying to wire a trailer plug. I had another shop tell me the car's computer had to be replaced then reprogramed by the dealer. Reid's found the real problem and had it repaired in less than 2 days!
The other shops had it 2 weeks.
