Merry Maids

Although the people who arrive are on time and do pretty good, they consistently let the cat inside and leave doors unlocked despite numerous admonitions NOT to do that. They simply are NOT supervised---James Pittman (owner?) should know "Darlene" was too dumb to understand the problem and hung up on me, the customer!

Wish I had read the reviews before I tried the Merry Maids in Redlands. It would have saved me the frustration of paying for the worst cleaning of my home. I used them for 6 months only because I kept thinking after complaining it would get better! The floors were left dirty, they mopped around items such as trash cans or small tables, counter tops were not cleaned, kitchen sink not cleaned, I don't think they ever wiped the back splash behind the stove and these are all just basic housekeeping items. They simply did not do anything extra like dust something sitting on a table. I guess getting the table dusted was something to be happy about. After reading the responses from the owner on other reviews I just think it would be better to do a good job in the first place. Offering to come back time after time or send a different crew is not what busy people what to deal with. Looking forward to the new cleaning company I hired today!! It can only be better.

I love the Merry Maids that come to my house!! Merry Maids always arrives promptly at my house, within minutes of the beginning time-frame, ready to clean. They are always very nice and do an amazing job. They are fast, efficient and thorough. Even my trash cans are shiny clean!
