Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Long waits, under staffed, unfulfilled promises. Told me to call, kept me on hold forever or didn't answer at all.

After waiting about an hour for a reserved car to be ready, I realized that I was being lied to when the car they were giving me was actually a car that had just come in as I was waiting .The girl at the counter told me they were having a hard time getting the cars clean due construction- which was BS, there is no construction. She completely insulted me. I left and they called me to tell me that the car was ready, but I didn't want to do business with them. Since I didn't have a reservation with a nearby agency, I was forced to go back. When I got there, they gave me a car that had been there the whole time I was waiting,it was filthy. The rear window and mirrors were dirty and the interior had dried mud.This office is HORRIBLE. This is the second and last time I do business there.They do not have enough help, and I wish I could recall her name, but she was the only girl at the counter on 9/24 at 9:30.She is an outright liar and should not be trusted. No stars for this agency.

Insurance rented a truck for us while ours was in the body shop. No problems, smooth pickup and return! A+++

I rented a mid size car , maximum, Corolla, Camery when I arrived at the Redlands office my car wasn't . The agents never missed a beat they had me in another car Chrysler 300c which was an upgrade quick with minimal extra cost I think it was 2.00 a day more no biggie right. Just wanted to say I will be going back with my car rental needs . Thanks Enterprise.

I love this enterprise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always do their best to reach accommodations, even when at last minute. I would recommend them to everyone!

Rental car service was set up by my insurance company. Service was quick and easy as it was handled by Geico. Choice of vehicles available was poor. Ended up with an SUV which is not something I would have chosen if given a better choice. Have used Enterprise for years but have switched to Avis due to better selection of cars and far, far better pricing. With Enterprise I would make reservations for a car at one facility and would have to be shuttled to another facility to get a car thus wasting my time.
