This is one of the worst places and experiences I have ever had. My experience was so awful, I was almost in tears. I went in on Thursday and I showed Kim, a picture of how I wanted my nails. She said that she could do it. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on Saturday for a set of acrylic nails and toes. When I showed up Saturday she was not there, and I should have left. What do you get when you leave a bunch of incompetent people running things?? You get a disaster and Saturday was a complete disaster. I showed the people there, I SHOWED EVERYONE WORKING THERE THE PICTURES OF WHAT I WANTED AT LEAST 6 TIMES, SIX TIMES!! They said they could. Then, it took 30 minutes until someone started on my toes. This place is feces. They were all about telling me what I wanted to hear instead of the truth. What a horrible way to conduct business. After 90 minutes, my nails and toes were barely done but the girl doing my nails and the man who did my toes, didn't do what I wanted or asked for. I was beyond livid. How can you be so slow or have such a low IQ and work in the customer service field. Both people didn't do what I asked for, and it is nauseating. F--- for this place and their low IQ staff. To make my experience even worse, the girl kept saying that she speaks a little English. I don't care how much or how little English you speak, then you ASK FOR HELP. It wouldn't have done any good if she asked for help, since everyone there is scum and they lie to you anyways. All I wanted was acrylic nails and toes done. These people scammed and lied and just nodded and said yes they could do what I wanted, to reel me in. Truth is they don't speak English, and they define incompetent. All of the workers here are useless, and incapable of telling the truth. They lied to my face about being able to do what i wanted, and that's unacceptable. Most of them could use breath mints because their breath was a mixture of body odor and death. Don't go here, they can't do nails!!!!

I have been a customer with this business, total nail and spa for many years with my disabled daughter. Last Saturday I went to get my nails done at the total nail and spa on Lugonia and waited 40 minutes before the front desk clerk told me that there were still six people ahead of me. I then drove to a second location in Redlands within the JCPenney shopping center and they told me it was over an hour wait. I then drove to the total now and spa on hospitality Lane in San Bernardino next to the Costco. They told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I then waited to get my nails done, and requested a gel manicure. Within two days of getting my gel manicure, my nails began to chip, and crack and they felt very thin. I have paid $40 many times for gel manicure at the Lugonia location and never had an issue. Usually , My nails will last up to three weeks. I contacted the Lugonia store location (same owner) and advised the store manager Abby of my situation and requested to come into the Lugonia store to have my nails fixed. The manager Abby stated that if I wanted them fixed, I would have to return to the location in which my nails were done despite the fact I expressed with her my concerns as there is a difference in practice and quality of service. After the 3rd time calling this week with no resolution, Today, the store manager Abby stated the owner was on vacation and there is no email or a telephone number I can contact the owner to make a complaint. Further, I was told I could not even get a refund. The store manager Abby said the owner is on vacation and will get back to me whenever she hears from him. When an issue arises with this business the customer service is extremely poor and apparently the buck stops with the store manager and they don't care if there loyal customers return. I never complain; but this time, I will not return and or refer business to anyone
The customer service was great and very nice employees. I will be going back again. I highly recommend it.
NEVER COME HERE! Horrible nail job. I was so embarrassed to even drive home alone with such a horrible nail job. My full set was abnormally thick and sloppy. The paint job was a joke and one hand was noticeably longer than the other. On top of that, I was charged $28 for a basic full set with regular polish! Never going back there. I had to come home and file my nails for 45 mins just to make them decent looking. By the time I was done, my nails were shorter than the natural nails I came in with.
Since when do you soak one hand but not the other? Mani lady chuckled when I mentioned it. Was left sitting in the chair after my mani/pedi for about 15 minutes before anybody took time away from their meals to realize I still need my brows waxed. Should've walked out but really didn't want the hassle of going to another salon. Will definitely go to another next time..
I love this place. Yeah it's a little noisy, but only because they have so many employees so you don't have to wait an hour for a pedicure. I'd rather get quick great service in a noisier place than wait an hour or more in a quieter place. Been there three times now and had a pedicure by three different employees and all three of them were excellent. Going back tomorrow.

Do not go in when the male manager is there, he is rude and unprofessional. I had a nail lift two days after having it done there, and they would not fix it. Said they would take it off, but not replace it with another. One of the girls that had worked on me before (who was wonderful by the way) came up and said she would fix it, and then the manager talked to her in " their" language (how disrespectful), and she lowered her head and said she was sorry but did not have time to fix it. The place does not fix their mistakes, nor do they want to accommodate you... Just lost a good client
