I have bought three rig with this dealership. And in the passes they were great. But this last time I took my daughter there and they were the worst dealership that I had ever worked with. They treated my girl like crap. And the service department is the worst. They said that if she brings in the car in the morning she would have it by noon the next day. When my daughter called in the morning the one girl that was helping her would not answer the phone And when she called back she said that no one had looked at it. This was on a Friday. She said it would be done Monday or Tuesday. What a bunch of crap. I will never ever go to Tom Bell Chevrolet in Redlands, CA again. And I will be in the market for a new rig soon.
Service dept customer sucks. The guys are great but it took more than a week to get a fuel pump replaced. Apparently it is not possible to place an oem fuel pump on the car while waiting for the extended warranty replacement to arrive and then put that one into inventory. A simple fuel pump should have never taken over a week. Then when told the car would be ready in 20 minutes and I arrived 40 minutes later still had to wait to receive car.
I REALLY DON'T WANT TO RATE THEM AT ALLI took my car in for a seat belt recall to have it fixed. I waited 1 1/2hours, to find out they Never fixed my seat belts. They printed up a completion form, yet did nothing what so ever to my car... my seat belt was still cracked and my passenger side had so much wear....if I didn't catch it ( actually someone with the same car as mine noticed them)They never were fixed!I called Tom Bell in Redlands, I never got a call back from Dee...my advisor for my car.Always check their work!
