I purchased my vehicle from their Grand River location almost 6 months ago and am very satisfied with the entire experience. The staff was extremely helpful and honest. And I haven't had a single issue with the vehicle I purchased. I was very pleased to get such a clean and well maintained SUV at such a competitive price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and savvy buy for their next vehicle!
Horrible experience.. I have paid 270 a month for the past 2 years for a vehicle that was listed at less than 5000... My pay off quote is still over 5000... How the he'll does that work.. Also my transmission blew not even a month after purchase and they had my car for 3 months.. I spent ALL of my savings on a pos rental!!
This place sold me a car with the understanding they would fix the safety issues. They called and said the issue was fixed and closed after I signed the paper work. I took the car back to get it fixed and they still didn't fix it. I was told by them to take the car to another mechanic because they don't know how to fix it and had the fire their staff. They took the estimate from the outside mechanic, refused to pay for it and basically told me I am sol if they can't figure it out. They basically sold us a unsafe lemon and told us we are better taking it somewhere else to have it looked at by certified mechanics, theirs are not certified. We have not even had the car for 14 hours and didn't even drive it 6 miles. These people are crooks save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
As with all major purchases, especially with used cars and trucks there is a great risk.
I purchased a 2011 MKZ from USAUTOSALESGRANDRIVER and I'm quite pleased with everything.
Took the Lincoln for the test drive and noticed upper and lower ball joint issues in the front end. ( It's a Michigan fact of life). Had a few conversations about it with the staff and they had ball joints replaced by the time I got back with the check.
Everyone was "On Point"
They even ran financing to see if they could offer a better rate than my credit Union.
So unless this vehicle explodes within the next month I have nothing but good things to say.
The only negatives:
1.The location of the dealership, but anyone from the city
" Knows THE City"
2.White leather interior guys.
Thanks for test driving it to validate the fix but damn, greasy fingers and white leather don't mix���� but Mr Clean has a product to fix it.
