Don't believe the sign that says 43 years in business. I dealt with Dan for over 35 years. When I went in today to make an oil change appointment I was told that George no longer worked there and Dan was taking some time off. This didn't seem right. Upon further investigation I discovered that Dan sold the business several months ago. When I went back and questioned the "manager" I was asked what the big deal was? The mechanics I knew were still there (not true only 2). He apparently didn't get the fact that he was misrepresenting the business. I found out Dan retired and George now works at the Farmington Firestone on Farmington road just south of Grand river. That is where I will take my business.

George does not work here anymore he works in downtown Farmington at a Firestone.He has not worked there since 2/14

Dan and Chuck have been amazing to us. We have had nothing but bad luck with our cars. They are trust worthy and reliable. And they are truly life savers. I recommend Kar Kare to anyone and everyone!

I saw their sign that stated they've been in business for over thirty years, and when my Town Car had a brake line leak, I decided to look them up on the internet.



Their reviews were all positive, and people raved about how well they were treated.



I can now say, i have the same opinion. The place is super clean and the staff very friendly. George welcomed me to the shop and was very courteous. I received a phone call within a few hours with an assessment and very fair price. The car was done when they said it would be and George said they did a free brake inspection and I was still in good shape....no hard sell for more service....you've got to appreciate that honesty.



I will continue to give them my business, and I have already, through my experience, convinced my father-in-law to take his vehicle in for service.
