I had purchased my vehicle back in December and was told he was able to do the title and registration for me. Also told me he would do a plate transfer. Have all the paper work for all three. I paid taxes and title fee with Mario as well. Month went by no title no registration. I had called and texted multiple times. Was told he “was doing it now”. Another couple weeks still no title or registration. Same thing over and over again. I was pulled over the other day because my plates did not match my vehicle because he never transferred them for me! I was givin a ticket and my car was impounded for not having proof of ownership. It took me telling him that for him to finally do my registration that day! Had to buy an instant title and pay $200 in impound fees! Do not rely on him to transfer plates/title for you! Just take to Secretary of State on your own!

Mario is a liar I bought two cars from him he told me he would sale my other car for me and now won't answer the phone. Has been spinning me since January. He basically stole my car so I'm about to take him to court. Stay away from him
BUYERS BEWARE!!! MARIO THE OWNER ( SUPPOSEDLY) IS A LIAR AND PUTS FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS IN HIS ADDS. VEHICLE PURCHASED FROM HIM WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE NO ELECTRICAL OR BRAKE ISSUES. THE VEHICLE HAD BOTH ISSUES AND HE WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY FOR REPAIRS. HIS SO CALLED MECHANIC DID SOME MINOR BRAKE REPAIR, BUT REFUSED TO DEAL WITH THE ELEELECTRICAL ISSUE. HE STATED "HE DOESN'T DO THAT TYPE OF WORK" HE THEN OFFERED A BULB. THE FRONT HEADLIGHT WAS OUT AND IT WAS A BAD WIRE AS OPPOSED TO A BLOWN HEADLIGHT. VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED IN DECEMBER OF 2016. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT THE MONEY SPENT ON THE REPAIRS. HE STATED THAT HE WAS SELLING THE VEHICLE FOR A FRIEND. IT WASN'T PURCHASED FROM HIS FRIEND AND DELTA AUTO IS ON THE BILL OF SALE. I UNDERSTAND THE "AS IS" POLICY. BUT HIS ADD WAS CLEARLY A LIE. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH OTHER CONSUMERS. THE ADD SHOULD HAVE STATED THAT THERE WAS ISSUES. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE RETURNED BE OF HIS FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS.
Beware do not purchase a car from Delta Auto in Redford. They cars are trash. They do not run and he do not want to fix. Buyer Beware!!!!!!
My car broke down the next day after purchase!!!!! I bought a warranty but Monarch Cars did not pay them when i bought the warranty so i had to pay for the repair myself and now i have to try and get my money back from them for the warranty i purchased but could not even use!!!!!!!Soooooo distraught!
I purchased my vehicle from their Grand River location almost 6 months ago and am very satisfied with the entire experience. The staff was extremely helpful and honest. And I haven't had a single issue with the vehicle I purchased. I was very pleased to get such a clean and well maintained SUV at such a competitive price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and savvy buy for their next vehicle!
Horrible experience.. I have paid 270 a month for the past 2 years for a vehicle that was listed at less than 5000... My pay off quote is still over 5000... How the he'll does that work.. Also my transmission blew not even a month after purchase and they had my car for 3 months.. I spent ALL of my savings on a pos rental!!
My mom was so excited to get a new car so we shopped around she found this place from day one I new they wore scam artist they wore the only people that would take my mom old salvaged title car as a trade in with no money down. When she was going threw the finance company to get her loan they told her to lie to the bank like she put a thousand dollars down. They had my momma going back in forth up to this dealership everyday for 2weeks going back in forth because they didn't won't to fix the nassesery stuff on the car she wanted! Finally she took the car with they word to fix the that was wrong with it.now the car has compelety broke down in we are out of 400 in ths is just to get in backon the road that's not even everythingThey keep giving us the running around keep sending her to different shops in there trying to go the cheap way out in is not fixing the problemA car is a big investmentNot cool for them to do people like this will never recommend them to any one
This place sold me a car with the understanding they would fix the safety issues. They called and said the issue was fixed and closed after I signed the paper work. I took the car back to get it fixed and they still didn't fix it. I was told by them to take the car to another mechanic because they don't know how to fix it and had the fire their staff. They took the estimate from the outside mechanic, refused to pay for it and basically told me I am sol if they can't figure it out. They basically sold us a unsafe lemon and told us we are better taking it somewhere else to have it looked at by certified mechanics, theirs are not certified. We have not even had the car for 14 hours and didn't even drive it 6 miles. These people are crooks save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
As with all major purchases, especially with used cars and trucks there is a great risk. I purchased a 2011 MKZ from USAUTOSALESGRANDRIVER and I'm quite pleased with everything. Took the Lincoln for the test drive and noticed upper and lower ball joint issues in the front end. ( It's a Michigan fact of life). Had a few conversations about it with the staff and they had ball joints replaced by the time I got back with the check. Everyone was "On Point"They even ran financing to see if they could offer a better rate than my credit Union. So unless this vehicle explodes within the next month I have nothing but good things to say. The only negatives: 1.The location of the dealership, but anyone from the city " Knows THE City"2.White leather interior guys. Thanks for test driving it to validate the fix but damn, greasy fingers and white leather don't mix but Mr Clean has a product to fix it. Gentlemen, all I have to say is Thank you for keeping the city in business.
