        Who protects the CHILDREN?

        Recently my children were placed BACK into the home they came out of with their grandmother, against my wishes. They are EXTREMELY neglected, mentally as well as psychically, but who cares? Not CPS or Law Enforcement. CPS says the law has to take them out of a home, well, then, how in the world are they protecting children, if they cant even do the job that is the name of the WHOLE COMPANY? CPS in Redding, Ca, is a JOKE.
