Arrived for appt for window tint n tint wasn't there. No call to notify me or to reschedule!?!? Wth!
Jason gave me excellent customer service they didn't have what I needed but he directed me to where I could get it.
I can't really say anything bad about my experience at Best Buy. I bought an iPad and tower. The pc/ tower had a problem & restarted on me, one to many times and I decided I didn't really need the iPad, so I went back into the store with in my 30 days to return time. They were friendly and professional and did a return/ exchange for me with no hassles it was quick & easy. got the laptop I liked
I have repeatedly had problems with customer service. can't find them, they don't know anything or refuse a return on an unused closed item within 30 days. and prices are not competitive, and they don't have anything I can't find elsewhere. thanks for nothing.
