Why so dirty? Very disappointed. Bunch of strange people are not even doing laundry, only making mess.
Horrible customer service! I thought I would come here because I have kids and it would be nice to have a drive-thru so I didn't have to get the kids out to drop off and pick up however when I pulled up the lady stared at me like what was I waiting for eventually she asks do you want me to come outside and complies. I asked for a quote for the cleaning of two suits and a skirt and was told $50 for the two suits and $12 for the skirt however when I pick the items up two days later I was charged $27.79 for each suit and $16 for the skirt a total of $10 more than I was quoted. When I brought that to their attention the lady said there was nothing she could do and basically I just had to deal with it cuz it wasn't her fault she wasn't the one who quoted me apparently. I can handle paying a little bit more for good customer service which is why I came here knowing that they were more expensive than a lot of places however I don't like rude people who lie to me about their pricing; I expect better of local businesses
Nice Place with New Machines: 4ea-Top Loaders / 9 ea- 20 lb Front Load / 5 ea- 40 lb Front Load / 3 ea- 60 lb Front Load washers. 8 ea 30 lb Dryers / 12 ea Large 45 lb Dryers. Lots of folding space. 2 ea change machines and Large Soap dispenser. Washers have high spin extract and Dryers are Hot. Good Parking.
I won't even give this place 1 star. For starters, the name of the place isn't Mountain View Cleaners, it's Cathy's Laundry. Cathy the owner is VERY rude. They post conflicting information on hours of operation. When asked about ANYTHING, the owner blames you and says that you're rude and lying, regardless of what you're saying. We went in to wash and dry clothes, she showed up at 10pm and said that we don't have enough time to dry cuz the lights go out at 10:30pm, tho the door clearly says they don't close till 11pm. She's a rude and inconsiderate business owner that needs to have her license and business taken away. If you Google them, you'll find lots of negative reviews about her rudeness and misconduct.
They are good but VERY expensive. Not worth the high price in my opinion.
I am new to Northern California and needed to have three dresses dry cleaned--I randomly chose Cobblestone Cleaners and what a gigantic mistake that was--their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!! They charged me more than the dresses cost me--Since they wanted so much to pick up my dresses, I asked if I could pick up only one or two of the dresses, and they refused! I asked when I dropped them off how much it would cost and was told that they wouldn't know until they came back, so (my mistake) I figured it couldn't cost that much--BIG MISTAKE-- the point of this review is my hope that you'll avoid making the same mistake! RIP OFF!!!!
Awesome company, best service in Redding. I let a friend borrow my blazer/sport coat for a wedding and didn't ask for it back until I had a job interview come up. Big Mistake. I got it back Sunday night and it was in horrible shape. My job interview was scheduled for 3:00 the next day. I went to A&A as soon as they opened at 7:30 and told them my situation. Standard procedure is your item is ready by 4 the following day. The manager came out, accepted it and had it looking perfect, better than I remember it ever looking by noon, and they e-mailed me when it was done. I went to the interview and got the job. Thank You A&A!
