People Friendly, Prompt repairs, Affordable Dependable Trucks. I bought a truck 2 weeks ago, then a couple days ago I got a flat tire, Chris was there with his tow truck and fixed it in a timely manner so I could still make it to work on time. Thank You On the Ave. You will forever have my business.
Bought a vehicle from these guys, has brand new inspection but does not actually pass the safety inspection. Not even 30 days after purchase no support or help from dealer. Just referred back to salesman (??) that, as it turned out, doesn't actually work there. Seems dealer rents its tags to anyone willing to pay. Buyers Beware!!!
This place was terrible. They agreed to have my vehicle that I purchased from them to me by a certain date. I had to call them about 10 times throughout the week to make sure the car was going to get to me. Their sales team is the reason why car salesman get a bad rep. They also agreed to perform a few basic clean up items to the vehicle which I paid for that they never accomplished and they told me it’s because I rushed them. Please keep in mind they agreed to the date. I asked to speak to the owner multiple times and he never called me back. I own my own business and would never let that happen. They say the reason they have bad reviews is because they deal with the bottom of the barrel customer. That is total bull. They have bad reviews because they are a bad company. Please save yourself a nightmare and do not buy from them. I brought up their bad reviews and they told me they deal with some horrible people. Who says that? I earn over 100k a year and was just looking for a old farm truck. They had a good deal on one so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wow what a mistake. Beware!!!!!
I bought a car from then when they were on center ave, sent me home with the keys only to start the car had to wait a day for the locksmith to come to make the key for doors 3 days later the heater went and 2 days after that the motor blow on my way to Allentown so he told me he was going to put me in another but that never happened it took me awhile to get my deposit back along with my plates and the car is still in my name cuz he(JOHN) doesn't want to pay the sales tax so whoever he has screw with you can take it to the Pennsylvania state police cuz they know him well
Friend just bought a car last night. After one day its backfiring and not running at all. He currently sits in their office while they argue with him to take the car back and terminate the contract. Low life scum who work in there. How do you sleep at night, screwing people over like this???
Called about a truck we saw listed on Craigslist. Salesman told us it was in near perfect condition. No rust, leather interior perfect, paint perfect...."This thing is like brand new!" Just turned over 200k. We drove 2.5 hrs to this car dealership to look at this truck. The first thing is see upon approaching the truck is rust! Then I notice a dent in the rear fender, and the paint was far from perfect. It was black...loaded with scratches. Leary we got inside. The passenger seat was torn with the inside filling visible, and VERY worn. Mileage was 210k...At this point we had no interested in even driving the vehicle bc up to this point they had completely misrepresented the condition....what else would they lie about or try to hide. Very angry! We drove 5 hrs that day with cash ready to buy. I would stay away from this car dealership..this is the type of place that gives used car dealers a bad name!
They are very nice and they tell the truth and don't beat around the bush about what your vehicle needs. I've been going to them for many years now.
These guys run a very shady operation. I was looking at a White 1500 Silverado extended cab I saw on Craigslist. All of the pictures were taken at what appeared to be a wooded driveway. The truck was priced very fairly and looked to be in excellent shape. It was not until I saw that it came with a warranty that I realized they were a dealer. I spoke with them over the course of a few days about the truck. I asked many SPECIFIC questions about this particular truck. I was not local so I wanted to make sure I was not wasting my time. I made an appointment to see this truck and he even told me to let him know when I was close. When I arrived it was not a wooded lot it was a tiny dealer in the city of Reading. No big deal but a little deceiving. Before speaking with any dealers I looked around there 10-15 cars on their lot, none of which were the white Silverado. There was another white Silverado but it was a standard cab and was in rough condition unlike the one I saw advertised online. A dealer approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was in contact with someone about a white Silverado. He told me he was the guy I had been in contact with and even pulled his phone out to show me our conversations. I asked where the truck was and he said "which truck"? I said "the 2004 white 1500 Silverado extended cab with 120k miles that I have been talking to you about". He said "oh I didn't know we were talking about that truck". So I pulled my phone out and showed him our very specific conversation. Then he says "oh well that truck is no longer available, I sell over 10 trucks a week(clearly a lie)and I forgot that one was no longer available, but if you'd like I could show you some of our other (beat up)vehicles we have for sale". This place uses very shady tactics to con people into buying one of there junk cars. They never once mentioned the name of the dealership. All I received was an address right before I left. Just read their horror story reviews.
Found a very nice f-250 with 6 inch lift for my son at a reasonable price. Runs like a top. Thanks guys!
These guys will rip you off at all costs. I felt like I was in the twilight zone when I was there and purchased a car. I obviously took it back the next day though
