I would put zero stars if I could when I called to see if they would help us with some properties around the Reading area, she first answered by yelling "Hello" in my ear as loud as she could, then as I asked how she was to be courteous and polite; she then continued to yell and started mimicking me. If this is the type of attitude that is giving by this company's workers, I would highly recommend not having them work for you.
